OP, you complain about ebay sellers and posters on here not reading your communications properly. Perhaps they find your writing unintelligible?
I skimmed over some of your posts for that very reason. I'm guessing that English is your second language?
I'm actually stunned that anybody buys so much stuff on ebay. 500 items a month?? Sounds like a full time job!Love the animals: God has given them the rudiments of thought and joy untroubled. Do not trouble their joy, don't harrass them, don't deprive them of their happiness.0 -
I had a thought.
If you bid and won on an item and the seller requested more money before they would ship it, you would have had to have paid to be able to leave feedback? Or did they ask you to cancel the transaction?

Ok.
" Seller never respond to messages after days and days of waiting."
About what? Was it an INR?
Most people only post/ reply after a case has been opened as the automatic thing with ebay now is to open a case when you contact a seller....
If your feedback shows a lot of 'INR' or that you'd left negative feedback I'd wait til you opened a case so that ebay could keep track of YOUR account....
You mention a seller replying with 'sold as seen' - let me guess, you asked for a refund due to a mark, 50% refund and you keep the item?
Sometimes do you never think 'maybe its me that is the problem'?
I try to avoid asking a question using the automatic ebay INR by clicking on Other so i can give the seller a chance before opening a case.
For the one saying sold as seen , it was for a louis vuitton handbag he said he bought it for his girlfriend but she had never used it but sent a bag I guess he bought it from a car boot , smells awful of cigarettes and has a lot of make up stains inside , please note that the seller described this item as NEW, when i contacted him explaining the situation he said " sorry mate sold as seen " , what would you do in my place ??
I've never asked for a 50% refund to keep the items as i resell them elsewhere and they must be in very good condition.0 -

I would open a case and state that I wish to return the item for a full refund as the item is not as described. I wouldn't just go giving them negative feedback right away.0 -

It suggests you're either scamming, complain about even the slightest smallest details, don't read descriptions properly, are buying off the wrong sellers, are stubborn and are not happy with any of a sellers attempts to put things right etc. It sounds as though something needs to change in the way that you buy items from ebay anyway.
Thank you for taking the time to answer me
I phoned the customer support this afternoon and the guy was very helpful and appealed their decision, I explained that it is very unfair to remove all the feedback I've left, on their system it shows that 14.7 % of my total feedback is neutral or negative which depending on what he says still did not reach ebay buyer maximum negative feedback and therefore eligible for an appeal , the funny thing is that he advised me to refer to customer support by phone in the future before leaving any neutral or negative feedback EVEN after a case closed in my favor !!
Anyway I will keep an eye on my email as he promised to get back by a final decision so soon, but the most important is that this message doesn't affect my status with the ebay money back guarantee system :T0 -

Yep, English is my Third language , and that's true it's my full time job from inside my house while caring for my son, hubby and of course myself, last year I made nearly £23000 profit of this , so why wouldn't I enjoy this job :T:T
and what's the unintelligible here ?? I'm happy to re-explain whatever you did not understand0 -

When i win an item i pay straight away, I had requests to pay more money or cancel after the payment is done, even those who look for more money never send a cancelling request, when I say NO i will not pay any extra penny they just refund the payment quickly , I've contacted ebay for this matter and they say you can only report this seller for breach of sale policy but you can not force him to send the item , and of course i report and leave a neg feedback too

EXACTLY what i do , I leave the negative feedback until the case is closed and everything is over , In the case I try to sort it out nicely but most sellers doesn't reply or just say that they will not accept the return,I wait until i escalate the case and get the label to return the item, then I neg0
