Hair-brushing in public. The brush comes out of a handbag, no cover on it, full of old hair, gets used, new and old hair and skin flakes let loose in the air, then the brush, now covered in more old hair and skin plus any dirt that was in the hair, gets shoved back in the handbag to cover everything else in the bag!

    Why on earth would you?
Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

Hate things opened up the wrong way. Totally agree Sandhy!

Am guilty of having a tiny fold-up hairbrush in my bag but only use it when I get to the station and my newly washed straightened hair has turned to frizz. My hair ain't so dirty that old hair and dandruff goes flying or back into my bag! Eww!

I do remember feeling quite sick at seeing some weird girl on a bus once sitting there brushing her hair about a million times really really slowly with a strange smile on her face. Was like something out of a horror film!

Just had lunch and remembered I will only walk a certain way round all the furniture in the staff room, and I will only go in and out of the left hand door, despite the right hand one usually having been left open by the people in there before me!

Weirdest thing with me is that I hide all these from everyone. Nobody knows lol. Well, my BF knows several, but I think my friends/colleagues would think I'd flipped.

    Jx

I used to work with somebody who flossed her teeth at her desk and couldn't understand why I didn't want to watch her doing it!

  • I thought of another one when I got into bed last night - I always like to sleep facing outwards of the bed. Had trouble lately with my left shoulder so have forced my boyfriend to swap sides so I can face out the other way! :o

I do this too, even before living with OH and a bed to myself, I've done it. And I have to be on the side nearest the door or I feel unsafe :/

I always sleep on the side of the bed that's not against the wall if that makes sense but I have to sleep lying on my right side, if I try and sleep on my left side I struggle badly and will only fall asleep lying that way if I'm really tired.
