I take it you don't know that you can click hold and move you applications along the bar to where you want them. :)

Yes but it's not the same! I need to know that the email got there first! :o:D
  • With the peas in the fried rice, it's not the fact that they are there that bothers me, it is that fact that they are not advertised as being there. Spring Onion is worse because again it is not advertised AND it makes all the rice taste oniony.

Imagine a vegetarian ordering a vegetable curry, but it also including bits of chicken in it. It is the same, it is not advertised in the description so it shouldn't be there.
  • I have three on my sofa, the middle one is more decorative than functional, and gets chucked straight onto the back of the sofa when I'm on it. Anymore than three gets irritating.

I definitely can't see the point of them on beds!

We have a scatterback sofa (OH's ex chose it, sadly) and I can't wait for us to afford to get a proper one.

They look nice, but would most certainly do my head in! Are the cushions loose?

Yep, completely loose. It's like a normal sofa with no fitted cushions on the back, and extra loose cushions provided. It's comfortable but really annoying, especially if the cushions are positioned too low and you floomp down and bang your head on the back of the frame!

I have 3 thin cushions on my bed, standing up against the bedhead behind my pillows. I use them when I sit up reading and the bedhead is a bit boring - one grey metal bar, low down - and the cushions cover it up.

Excess cushions are a complete faff though!

And sofas, I avoid if I can as my back aches if I'm not fully upright (that's what years of ballet as a child will do) so an uncushioned dining chair is the comfiest thing ever.
Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.

Years of ballet as a child, plus a horse rider, but now a neurological condition......I find straight, hard chairs very difficult for prorogued periods, partly because of damage incurred :o.partly because of health And rely on cushions supporting various bits at times. :D

Just to balance out Mr Toad's "all women are mad" rant.......:D

Mr B will only drink tea in his battered and chipped Union Jack mug. I have bought him several other mugs but apparently he can't use those as he "must have 3 fingers (and not two or four) in the handle" (?????)

He absolutely HAS to move his pillows round 180 degrees before he gets into bed. Which is intensely annoying to me as I always have the pillowcase openings facing the middle of the bed and not the edge. I could, of course, place them with the opening towards the edge so that when he moves them, they will be the "right" way round. But I can't bring myself to do that because they will be the wrong way round all day.

I laughed at the bendy nail thing although that doesn't bother me too much. What does bother me is breaking one nail when the other 9 are nice and long. I simply cannot have one short nail so I have to cut and file all of the others so that they match. I had to do this on my (first) wedding day when I broke the nail on my ring finger just as I finished getting dressed (that was definitely a sign of things to come!) I was late for the registry office because I was frantically filing my other nails down before I left the house!

If my nail touches someone elses nail it makes me cringe (literally). I feel weird for a while. Sometimes I just try and avoid that person for a while. It's even worse if the tip of my nail touches the tip of someone elses nail. I actually cringed even writing that.

I don't like dairy products. Why would anyone eat/drink another animals milk? You are stealing from their babies.

I hate it when people take cash out of their wallet and its all mixed up with the heads up on some and down on the other notes. Why would you do that?

I dont even look at whatever way round my notes are, I would think some people dont really care, thats why it only bothers some people and not others. Really wouldnt bother me how someone else organised their own wallet.
