    Got my incentive 40 days after my switch date.
    £47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)

    It was 50 days yesterday since my switch date and I still haven't received my incentive. Phoned them and they said they'll make sure the incentive is paid within 48 hours.

    I have told them I am not happy with this, they said they'll send me extra £25 for their apology. The extra £25 should be arrived by now and I still haven't receive it in my account.

    May call them again tomorrow for another £25 ;)

    Precedent...they doubled my £100 payment a few years ago when I had to chase it (several times). But if you're happy with £50...?

    Nice one. I'm hoping that they miss the deadline for the incentive and extra £25, I can then ask them for more £££. :rotfl:

    Account applied for and email recieved saying accepted sunject to formailities, so just waiting for paper work then can arrange the switch.

    Think I asked this elsewhere but dont remember seeing any replies.....

    Was the incentive ever £200?

    I opened an account early last year and got a £100 incentive soon after opening..... (think I only opened, rather than switched... maybe wrong)

    It was only when I was looking for a donor account for Clydesdale that I logged into my COOP account and saw ANOTHER £100 had been paid on, I think, 31st December 2014. (certainly December anyway...)

    Account is now closed and switched to Clydesdale.....
