Being disabled and unable to drive, I ordered a litter box, scoop, carrier, scratching post, several food bowls, some toys, treats and an initial bag of litter from Zooplus prior to getting a rescue cat. Whilst delivery was very quick (ordered Tuesday afternoon, delivered Thursday) I was not impressed by the packing of the order.
All of the small items were scattered across the bottom of the very large cardboard carton and the larger items were put on top before the whole lot was covered with those inflated polythene packing things. The litter scoop was shattered, and the litter box is missing both a transparent swing door and the mentioned carbon filter. I have been refunded the cost of the scoop, and have accepted the offer of a partial refund on the litter box which I have accepted.
I may use them for litter and food in future if their prices are better than elsewhere, but would not trust them for equipment again.0 -

If you don't mind buying in bulk, Petzilla.co.uk have a good offer on James Wellbeloved dog food at the moment - £10.00 off when you buy 2 bags. And the normal Adult is only £40 a bag delivered, which seems pretty reasonable. So that will keep pooches fed well into the new year at least!0

Have you guys ever tried to cook for your pets instead of buying this stuff?0

to get a prescription for advocate will i have to take the cat back into the vets for a consultancy ( i.e. another fee), or can i just ring up the vet. (when i first gave her a home i took her to the vet for her booster jabs and he gave us the advocate then for the next 6 months, but of course it is cheaper via prescription).thanks for your help.:)0

As long as the vet has seen her within the last 6mths you should have no problem getting a prescription.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

I have actually posted 5 times! As stated in my post on this thread I am new at this site and was having a look around, not knowing much about the other topics I haven't contributed, just read.
One thing I do know about, is pets.
You can take that recommendation and do with it what you want...Oh and thanks for the warm welcome. I love people like you
Who cares anyway well said, so what if people have posted a couple of times, if its cheaper that's it regardless of who did what, where when, blah blah. I thought it was about saving the pennies, maybe your the spammer and promoting your website stuff and don't like the compeition! :beer:0 -
We always use Berriewood for our deerhound for Naturediet, Forthglade, Natures Harvest and Lifestage food. I've never had to pay for postage and I've not found anywhere cheaper. Even looking through the recommendations on this thread, nobody was cheaper.BE NICE - IT'S FREE!0
