Hi, I have been made redundant n is on my final six months before leaving. I was mld on the day of redundancy announcement. However due to unforeseen medical circumstances , I am now temp mnd n been told by MO if I dont pass the table 7 test by my next grading review,then I will be made permanent mnd. I was then told that redundancy will be withdrawn n pap10 process started for admin discharge. My physio has adviced me that due to my current condition, i cannot do a table 7 test and pass, before my next grading review (next month). please advice if this is the case, does that mean i will be kicked out with out any compensation at all. (Since im on my last 5 month) I've done 11 years
