    never assume , it makes an *ss of u and me ;)

    these companies have up to 6 years to make a claim , but it may well be you were successful

    best to sit and wait, ride it out , only react if any more paperwork is issued

    6 Bl**dy years !!! I take it you kid me not. I thought they had 50 something days to supply a POPLA code??

    They will have no nudges from me unless they make the first move.

    The statute of limitations (for court action) is 6 years from the date of the incident to raise a claim. (In England. 5 years from discovery in Scotland).

    nothing to do with parking tickets or pofa 2012 or the ea 2010 or any other aspects

    its purely and simply the small claims court service , which you could invoke over a faulty tv or whatever

    dont mix up all the different aspects that govern these invoices , I could send you an invoice and then chase you up for 6 years over it , could be for delivering a parcel , fixing your toilet or mending your roof , lol
