    Another SFD day.

Walked the dog so that's my exercise for today, took lunch to work, but i am having a lazy evening lounging around with the dog and cat listening to the radio.

Hope to be more motivated tomorrow and continue with de-cluttering.

  • Although at 34 weeks even just doing the chores and getting the kitchen painted feels like exercise ;)

At 34 weeks you should definitively do more pottering and nesting than full-on exercising! Remember you'll be busy enough soon!

Nothing short of a miracle took place today people. The Zombies lured me into a shop, I had some obscure and not important "need" they dangled in front of me. Got me well and truly inside the grocery shop before I came to my senses and walked out with a SFD and my life! That's a first fellow Slayers, a first I tell ya! :rotfl: Proudly declaring SFD no 3 therefore! :T

Now feel like I'm on a roll and like I could never shop again but alas I think I will have to restock to feed the family at some point but that will be based on a proper food plan, not a whim.

    Nite all!
Finally had my eyes opened and I am ready to tackle my debts!

I've started doing this, walking into places then turning around and walking out without spending. I've even done it in a couple of cafes and in nandos once. Was on my own and starving, so went in got a table, then decided I didn't want to spend money on food when it could go towards debt, so walked out. I confused the waitress but was very proud of myself.

Brief check in as on phone, please forgive grammar/spelling/nonsense. Had SFD number 3, OH has already started borrow in money this month so leant him some until payday. I don't count him in SFD unless he goes for food shopping, which us never, otherwise I would never have a SFD.

Room lunch to work and made some extra money tutoring :)

All other totals are the same I think. Can't wait to have a proper clear out at half term :)

Hope you've all had a lovely day slayers. Hope no one has been zombified! Btw forgot to mention someone I know is a zombie film producer, how fun!

  • My cold and need for painkillers and lemons (to make lemon and ginger drinks) got in the way of a SFD today so decided to grab leeks and ham while I was in the shops as well which I would have needed to buy tomorrow for soup and packed lunches from Thursday onwards. Hopefully means the next couple of days will be SF. still sticking to my meal plan for the month and did enough chicken stir fry tonight to freeze a couple of portions for later.

No exercise or decluttering today but planning a run and some facebaying tomorrow as long as my cold has improved and not got worse (fingers crossed).

The weather was kind to me today and didn't get drowned on my stomp to or from the office :T

Feeling good, another session of pilates tonight. I'm proud to share that I am slimmer and lighter than I was before I had children, I've always struggled with body image, weight and food but since I have started simplifying life, it's all settled down.
The dr upped my dose of ADs so that is definitely helping my well being.
I'm extremely proud of DD and how well she is progressing at school and how well DS is coming along with his language and his swimming is amazing.
Realising that our joint account will be over £500 in credit AFTER everything goes out makes me feel good, I've started a savings account to slam in the money that we have saved with switching our insurances, a whopping £45 a month! Really pleased with this!
I'm just more amazed every day with the progress, if DH would get fully on board things would be even more awesome, but he is paying off his debts so I guess that's the main thing...
ThiftyLass, I found when I was heavily pregnant with DS I was charging about till the day i had him, made my birth much quicker! The day I went into labour I scrubbed the entire house, I'm sure that helped, had no pain relief with him at all.

  • Evening all. SFD number 3 for me today! Nothing to report again - took lunch to work and dinner was out of the freezer (good old batch cooking).

Today could have been a spendy day as it was craft club tonight - however the weather here is so horrendous I wasn't going to venture out in it, so have saved myself £2!

Have a good Wednesday everyone and stay away from the zombies!
