Thanks again for your advice. I do feel more positive and have looked at the Cruse website, I can email them, which I'd prefer to do to talk it through with them. I'm not ready to verbalise my fears/feelings just yet but if/when I'm ready I can talk to them on the telephone.
GWS to the poorlies - there are a few fly friends with ailments.
Flying has been limited but bins have been emptied & dustbin put out for tomorrow's collection.

Thanks guys - I'll talk to her some more tomorrow xBossymoo

Just popped on to say how lovely you all are, and what great support you give to eachother. Had a bit of a trying day today, nothing big or nasty, just patience-wearing, and I've come on here and read others' real problems and the care you take of each other and I feel oddly comforted and have my 'issues' put in perspective.
Hope you all have a restful evening.LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

I've swept the kitchen floor (sweeping rather than hovering makes me think of holidays) and washed up from dinner. Chicken Pie and Lemon Cake went down well.
I've read to DS3 and got him settled in bed. I'll just do the lists and then settle down to watch BOAF with DH (who will fall asleep as he is jetlagged but it is past 9 now so that will be ok)The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
DD's having a Body Shop party tomorrow, here, with friends from school.
She wanted a cake.
I found one yellow stickered with tomorrow's date for half price (a Thorntons cake!).
She has carefully removed the yellow sticker...

Just basic flying from me, my BIL has just been diagnoised with MS only because he woke up one morning and couldn't walk.
Its been a huge shock to everyone so I have been baby sitting my niece and nephew (7months and 2 in 5 days!) and also providing meals. She is just so busy trying find out what illness cover they have on their home, seeing what they will have to do as they both have full time jobs, 2 cars and what treatments he will need, visiting him in hospital etc.
I love having a house full of small people, theres always something to do.
I have read back but nothing had really sunk in.0 -
OK. Here I am. All tax returns I can feasibly do, DONE. (insert happy smilie - mine haven't worked for ages!)
Done quite a lot of flying today, and I have tomorrow to do the rest. I have booked myself a Full Body Massage for tomorrow afternoon and I plan on being waited on hand and foot by DH tomorrow night. (Dinner in the SC as I speak so he only has to do rice ;-))
Marvellous Monday Basics
Hoover and mop the floor
Tremendous Tuesday Basics
S&S toilets and sinks
shine mirrors
Wonderful Wednesday Basics
Hoover Hall, stairs and landing
Reception Room - Let the deep Clean begin
Start high up and work down so that dust does not fall on areas you have already done
Ceiling first - I hoover mine but you could use a sheep on a stick
Next wipe the picture rail if you have one
Dust/wipe/hoover or take outside and shake the light shade, wipe the bulb (check it is cool first)
Curtains and cushions either hoover them, take them outside and shake and bash them or give them a wash all depending on care instructions.
Any pictures carefully remove from the wall and dust the back of, give the wall a wipe where they have been.
Dust behind the radiator - put an old sock on a a sturdy stick if you don't have a radiator brush.
Thursday Basics
S&S toilets and sinks
Hoover anywhere in need
Reception Room - Finishing the deep clean
Wipe any doors, skirting and furniture with a damp cloth
Wash any ornaments carefully in the sink - no you want to put them all back or is is just habit? Do you want that dusty pot pourri or silk flowers?
Off to bed with a camomile tea and a good book. I imagine I'll fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow.
(((hugs))), spoons and sticks as required. I've only been skim reading for the past week or so, but I'll be back properly tomorrow.
Looking forward to meeting people on Sunday. It will be a great end of Jan/beginning of Feb.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
Evening - popping on to send hugs and prayers to all as lots of us seem to have stuff going on at the moment xxWest Midlands - a bit too far for you to come for just a coffee, I suspect. But I do travel down the Chiltern Line occasionally, and one day I could stop off in Banbury if that's your side of the M1. Or even chance a Virgin train and take a break in concrete cow country so that we can do a threesome meet with LW if she'd care to join us. (Foursome if Dusty comes too
)
Those interested in a MK meet let me know via pm, (or we may get told off for talking rather than flying) a suitable month / day/ type of thing you would like to do.
I can do MK in a day:j Weekend or school holidays please

Bossy.. has DD hit the same stage as Squeak? Exploring her body? It is this age they realise boys and girls are different in terms of body parts and become aware of bodily functions and have a bit of an explore.. They like to feel and see  where things come out so may mention putting things back in.. like they are some kind of shape sorter!! We just say well you can if you want but it will hurt you and make you sad and sore. It is a normal part of development and no one needs to have mentioned it.. some children are more obvious than others with their exploring. It was at this age my youngest son asked the HV if she would like to feel his willy cos it felt nice! :eek:LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
