They can be so expensive can't they?! I get all ours from Inkredible - partly because of the cheery name :rotfl: They do cheaper, non-branded versions that work perfectly well :j

I checked because I saw some printer/copier/scanner all in one thingys that looked quite cheery and were pretty cheap - but the ink was ludicrously expensive  Bit of investigation found me a model a couple up from current printer, with similar cartridges of a similar price (roughly £7 for a set of all colours - and they're separate so you don't need to replace eg the yellow one til the yellow one runs out)

Daft little stuff adds up sometimes (although I confess it does make my head feel rather full thinking about it - and I still haven't actually got round to ordering the printer :o :rotfl: )

Hot chocolate from Mr Cheery :j:j:j

And omigod, if it wasn't that I only use the printing function every other month nowadays (its much more likely to be the scanner) I'd buy another printer - mine cost £40, and the very cheapest I've got the cartridges is about £35

Gosh KC, that's expensive! I was planning on paying £70 upfront, then about £7 a time

Bored of looking at boring houses round here - think we might just buy this instead

I'm going to put the computer back onto the table and have a little look for unusual ones around here before I go to bed. Thats your fault, you've got me going again :j:D:j:D:j:D

A harbour berth in Eastbourne for £17,500 ... and you *must* live on board :) annual charge seems pretty tiny.

With a boat for £20k, nice looking kitchen. http://www.boatshop24.co.uk/advert/senior-marine-32-aft-cabin-burton-waters/42018350

    I'm sold!

A tad bigger than my ex-LA house, too! Love that last one - towers that start halfway up the external wall are my thing :) from the number of photos of the views, I thought it was going to be a wreck, but that looks like a lot of internal ceiling plasterwork is original ... love that, too :) Where's that millionaire I was promised? :D he really should be here by now :D

Good heavens, a real actual *castle*!! :j :j Goodness me :rotfl: Although that one for £6 million - does it really only have 5 bedrooms?! That doesn't seem like very many for the size of it! Mind you, each bedroom is probably bigger than our house :rotfl:

All go here, and I'm feeling MUCH less stressed after a couple of days away from internetty things :j Some financial things...

    * new cooker fitted this morning :j and I've got a phone number for a bloke who'll take the old one away for free :j

    * bought a new printer for £60 last night, including one set of inks :j

    * put second coat of varnish on living room windowsill (is that money-related?!)

    * second coat of gloss going on kitchen windowsill now too (just stopped for a brief cuppa :rotfl: )

    * had my identity verified for the land registry by a solicitor for £10, just need to find Mr Cheery some photos and do the same for him :j

Done various other financial shenanigans relating to the voluntary group I'm part of, and got confirmation that I've been awarded a £10k project to do at work :j :j which is VERY exciting :D This is the one that means me working Fridays from April to September  but it's an extra £1.5k in the kitty :j

Right, best get the rest of that paint on! :j
