    I have been sent a voucher for £50 off, if you spend over £100 on the vax website.:)

    Unfortunately I don't need a new hoover, or carpet cleaner, or any accessories, which is a shame as it would make some of the hoovers really cheap.:(

    It will just have to go in my recycling bin!:D

    Where did you buy it from?

    It was Bathstore. Customer services referred me to the shop, who consulted the regional manager and all he came back with is £50 off a new one.

    He's insisting "damage" is different to "faulty", but to me either way it's not fit for purpose or as described and Martin's guide says you have up to 6 months.

    yes Enterprise if she writes a comprehensive complaint on their facebook page we will flashmob it. You must include a very valid reason as to why damage not discovered earlier.
