EDIT see "Bathstore"never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
I have been sent a voucher for £50 off, if you spend over £100 on the vax website.:)
Unfortunately I don't need a new hoover, or carpet cleaner, or any accessories, which is a shame as it would make some of the hoovers really cheap.:(
It will just have to go in my recycling bin!:DN1LDA:D0 -
Anyone on here got any advice to try and get a refund please?
I'm pretty good at this sort of thing usually, having been a store manager previously, but have drawn a real blank so far with this.
About to email the MD.

It was Bathstore. Customer services referred me to the shop, who consulted the regional manager and all he came back with is £50 off a new one.
He's insisting "damage" is different to "faulty", but to me either way it's not fit for purpose or as described and Martin's guide says you have up to 6 months.0 -

Would it be possible for you to post the barcodes of the lynx and garnier so I get the correct ones.
