Confused- I cant see a post from Chris about burgers when I search for burgers!!!!

think this is the one TrulyMadly is referring to, i saw it then headed off to Tosco for a burger shop.

Glad it's not only my gym. It's worse when they take their tops off and start taking selfies. Put it away man!

How often do you and other users go the gym? Every day? I manage about 4 x a week and I am seeing a bit of a difference to my flabby parts. They are minimising! Hurrah.

A couple of times a week, unfortunately don't have time for more....and tryand do a run or two also..

there is one guy who goes that Ive never actually seen work out...he spend his whole session wandering around chatting to his mates!

    Dove 500 ml go fresh burst.. 3.90 A's v 2.00 S. Actually only costs £2 ... So free :)

Just back from checking = sel £3.90 and scan at £3.90 in my store. Another example of stores having different prices.

Be careful with these C/C glitches unless you're sure your receipt will show the lower price when your shop is picked.

    This is spooky.
Earlier on my OH was asking if I could get him some more "biker neck tubes" as he uses them to help with his COPD. I said I got them free a few years ago.
Just looked at my facebook and they are offering them free again. Cant believe the coincidence

Thanks! I tried but it told me to submit a proper meal address (?!) and when I had, it told me I'd already submitted, so I don't know if I've got one or not
please excuse my ignorance but what is a biker neck tube and what are the benefits of using them (whatever they are) to ease COPD please?

It's a warm "tube" that goes from the base of your neck up to your chin, with your crash helmet to stop your neck getting cold while you're out riding.

I wear mine for running so could do with a new one :D
