That did make me laugh, it's the same at my gym...half a dozen blokes who spend more time posing in the mirrow than working out!:D

Glad it's not only my gym. It's worse when they take their tops off and start taking selfies. Put it away man!

How often do you and other users go the gym? Every day? I manage about 4 x a week and I am seeing a bit of a difference to my flabby parts. They are minimising! Hurrah.

I have price alerts on the Turkey Roll/Footballers Slices waiting for M to go down to 50p on them.:)

I go through loads of this as my girls love it. Also the jelly tubes as my youngest has a dairy intolerance, so these are great for her packed lunch. The jellies haven't been reduced for ages.

No don't panic it will be available to print for the next 28 days from any computer, just don't lose your receipt! Well you get 28 days to spend it so you'll be wanting to print it earlier than that really!

    :)
Thank you so so very much for this info :)

Hiya CC. It's like a stretchy tube of material that I bikers wear to keep their neck warm when riding their bikes. Because its stretch, they can pull the tube over their nose and mouth to keep their face warm. The reason why it helps with OH's COPD is that when he goes from a warm room to cold outside the cold air causes him to have problems breathing. If he pulls the tube up over his nose and mouth, his own warm breath is being breathed in again and helps prevent the breathing problems. Of course he could use a scarf but finds it more convenient to just keep one of these stretchy tubes on and pull it up when necessary. Keeps one on all the time really, thats why he asked me to get some more as the others were wearing out

ETA that locarr has kindly posted a pic of the biker tube lol. And yes OH does look like he is going to rob a bank when he goes out :rotfl:
