Anyone on here got any advice to try and get a refund please?

I'm pretty good at this sort of thing usually, having been a store manager previously, but have drawn a real blank so far with this.

    About to email the MD.

    TIA

You're covered under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 if the purchase was £100 or more and made using a credit card which means the credit card company and the retailer are jointly responsible.

You're covered under the Chargeback scheme if the purchase was made using a VISA or Mastercard debit card and you're within 120 days of purchase.

My shop from 4.15pm, used lynx recover body spray as trigger.
    APG is £4.61
    Thanks op.

I have price alerts on the Turkey Roll/Footballers Slices waiting for M to go down to 50p on them.:)
  • Quick question: I have just done my first APG and got £7.73 back from the garnier glitch. I am just about to go out. I posted the details of asda site and it is coming up with voucher to print now. I don't have a printer :(
Will I lose this voucher if I shut my laptop down now?
Or if I don't print will I beable to input the receipt details again and print when I am at a computer with printer?
    Thanks for the help.

    This is spooky.
Earlier on my OH was asking if I could get him some more "biker neck tubes" as he uses them to help with his COPD. I said I got them free a few years ago.
Just looked at my facebook and they are offering them free again. Cant believe the coincidence

please excuse my ignorance but what is a biker neck tube and what are the benefits of using them (whatever they are) to ease COPD please?
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

No don't panic it will be available to print for the next 28 days from any computer, just don't lose your receipt! Well you get 28 days to spend it so you'll be wanting to print it earlier than that really!

    :)

It was Bathstore. Customer services referred me to the shop, who consulted the regional manager and all he came back with is £50 off a new one.

He's insisting "damage" is different to "faulty", but to me either way it's not fit for purpose or as described and Martin's guide says you have up to 6 months.

I know it's not what you want to hear but I'm afraid bris is right on the thread you started and yes "damaged" is different to "faulty"....

Och now, don't you be worrying pet. They will all be trying their best to hold their flab in as they work out.

My gym is awful, it's generally the cast of Home and Away that are there (all these young blonde muscled things) and then I waddle in. LOL. Mind you, they are too busy looking at themselves in mirrors so they don't see me rolling around. Such fun.

Good luck for tomorrow. Wishing it goes well for you.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That did make me laugh, it's the same at my gym...half a dozen blokes who spend more time posing in the mirror than working out!:D
