My gym is awful, it's generally the cast of Home and Away that are there (all these young blonde muscled things) and then I waddle in. LOL. Mind you, they are too busy looking at themselves in mirrors so they don't see me rolling around. Such fun.

I am going for blood tests tomorrow and next week I have 3

different hospital appointments so haven't been feeling top of the day
