Morning all
Have just put another fiver across into the £6 a day challenge which is made up from walk to school money & spare change. That brings the total so far to £69 in just 8 days - still not sure how I managed it! lol
I need to find another £11 by Friday but I have a few bits to do tomorrow which should bring that in as well as a mystery shop at the weekend - although I'll put that across when it actually hits my account.
Ebay stuff still not sold so am not going to put anything else on there.
Lots of work to do and several contracts to bid on so another busy day which is good but I am sooooo tired it's unreal!
Have a good afternoon everyonex

You've had a very emotional time, which is very tiring. Take good care of yourself, and I loved the description of dear uncle as 'Mavis' it made me smile.
P.S. I was inspired by your £90.00 jeans for £3.50, well spotted x."I wondered why the Frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me". £9/£250

Morning all
Strangely I had the best night's sleep last night in a long time and yet I'm still tired. I'm pretty sure it's because a little person crept in there last night and snuggled up tight which was lovely.
I've heard back from my dad's cousin who we had lost touch with and have agreed to keep in touch, he's even invited us over to visit which is lovely. I haven't seen him since I was about 11 or 12 or something so I think he'd be a bit shocked to see me on his doorstep!
We walked to school today so that's another 45p into the pot which is building up nicely. I've also managed to put another fiver into the Christmas pot so that's good too. I've got a few bits to do today which will see me put another £11 into the £6 a day challenge (I think) so that's a bonus too as I'll be bang on target for this week.
Have a good day everyonex

Morning all!
Another beautiful morning has been welcomed by the news I've been paid which is awesome! I also got a small invoice paid today which I wasn't expecting - only £30 but it's earlier so that's cool. I also have a mystery shop to do tonight so that's another tenner for the pot but that will get counted when I actually get the money.
I have therefore paid £50 into the savings fund for Littley's birthday budget. It's in May but I have reached my target already so I am over the moon. I usually really struggle and get into trouble so this is great. My next challenge however is to only spend that money!
I have also put a little into the emergency fund. It's only a tenner but it's something. I'd like to put in more but atm it's just not feasible.
I have also reached my £6 a day challenge this week and have somehow saved an amazing £80 in 2 weeks for the holiday pot. I have absolutely no idea how I managed this as I don't think I've been spending this a week before. I have had some extra little bits of work here and there that's helped but still, I'm amazed.
AND!! So exciting.....I've paid off Cat3 which I am superdooperly made up about! I had until November to pay it off but thought it would be better to get it out the way and have managed it. Usually I end up leaving it til the last minute and then getting hit by shed loads of interest. But not this time. I'm so proud of myself it's unreal!
I can't believe how chuffed I feel at having reached the birthday target early and paying off the tv. Oh, and reaching £80 already!
Have a fab day everyone!xx

Oh yes! And Littley reached all her school targets yesterday which is brilliant obviously as not only did she reach them but she did it a week early. But it also means she's got £12 extra pocket money. Hopefully she's going to put it into her holiday pot which would take her total up to £15 already but I've a feeling she's going to want to buy some shoes or something!CC1: 10273.70/6892.56. I am so pleased that you and Littley are hitting your targets, it is such a lovely feeling to start to see real progress.
It is all boding well for April. I am wishing you a nice juicy contract coming your way, as pay back for all the leads you are pursuing.

Thanks hon.
I've just been talking to a friend of mine who I do freelance work for and she has written a proposal for me to use. Well, I nearly didn't recognise myself in it, I'm good!! I've started using this one so hopefully I'll get something soon.
On a different note, Simon Parkin has just appeared on my tv which is really weird as sure I last saw him in a broom cupboard. Sorry, random wittering of the day!CC1: 10273.70/6892.56. CC2: 1000/832
