The main reason people get PPR'd is for personal insults!
The problem with trolls is they tend to get everyone else to break the rules in their responses to them by winding them up to the point they resort to breaking the rules themselves.
I felt the need to leave MSe last year (not PPR'd!!) because of a certain poster who is now PPR'd and it was very upsetting.Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy - Anne Frank :A0 -

Trolls love insults because they can report other posters.
