He's a troll who - I believe - originally posted under the username 'andyandflo', a reference to a newspaper cartoon character Andy Capp, whose wife was Flo.
Since then he has undergone various metamorphoses and reappeared in different guises. He purports to be on very high amounts of different benefits, his wife is very badly-disabled and unable to leave the house, he claims to be in poverty, yet his wife has been out shopping buying a designer handbag from Mulberry.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.
Before I found wisdom, I became old.0 -
He is our own little forum troll who likes to come back endlessly as a new poster with some stupid tale designed to enrage sensibilities describing the most obvious and fictional benefit fraud or some such to waste peoples time in a long pointless enraged thread.
Then at the same time reinforce those prejudices against benefit claimants the current climate has successfully used to divert attention away from the bankers and their political servants who really caused the financial crisis.
And hopefully make the people with genuine troubles and worries feel as bad as possible.
See here for latest ridiculous story:

I think that it's presumptuous to call it a 'he', it always describes itself as a male but you never know nowadays - you can be anyone behind a keyboard.0

....... and don't forget the "Andy was my father" post, when his offspring apparently found him slumped over his computer ....gone for ever, by his own hand.

Don't all shoot me, but I sometimes feel quite sorry for him.
What sort of live must he lead if the only enjoyment he gets is trolling on the internet. A very very sad one I would think.
He may well deserve a sad live, I don't know, but he has one nether the less.0 -

Yeah with all his trolling there is no way he can spend the required 35 hours a week caring for Flo that he is suppossed to be doing to meet the eligibility criteria for carers allowance !Spelling courtesy of the whims of auto correct...
Pet Peeves.... queues, vain people and hypocrites ..not necessarily in that order.0
