By the way, I love your original post, is this how other people see you or just how you see yourself.

It is how I saw myself when I sat and typed out my first post, they were the words which came to prominence; I don't let people close enough really to give me such an analysis. By that I mean that I do have friends, but we don't talk in that way, which is partly the reason for the diary.
As for a SOA. It is a difficult one as I have just started working for AQA and my other income is student loan; now I am at my parents' for the summer it is difficult to produce an SOA in the conventional sense. I will list my debts in a moment though, they are all at 0% thankfully and will be for their duration.*Everybody wants prosthetic foreheads on their real heads*

They all sound fixable to me. You will probably find that if you can achieve one, or at least conquer whats stopping you from achieving one, then the rest will start to fall into place.
So where do you want to start? I guess paying the debt off as that may take the longest depending on your circumstances! Get the ball rolling with that. Do you need any help?
Then what? Losing weight?
There is a thread on here where people are offering each other support. This in turn will help you with the cricket, motivation, and make you more confident to confront things.
You just have to ask yourself how much do you want it? If you really really want it you will achieve it but it will take blood, sweat and tears!
Are you up for it? :T0 -

Do you have a job over the summer? If not, I suggest you find some way of bringing in some income
I'm a student and am working 3 jobs over the summer to pay off things.. just an idea! x Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I am working for AQA but need to limit the amount of hours I do for the next 6 weeks whilst I study for my summer exams, I am not afraid of working to earn money - for the record.
I cannot go into all the details of why I didn't do my exams during semester but part of the reason is that two of my friends attempted suicide, I found one of them and saved him; right now I really need to concentrate on getting study done or I won't be a student any longer.*Everybody wants prosthetic foreheads on their real heads*

Just wanted to say hello. I’ve joined your ‘101 day challenge’, because the time is right for me. I’m not sure it’s the right time for you.
You sound as if you’ve had a tough year and you’ve got a busy and stressful time at the moment. Give yourself a break. You’ve got enough on your plate with your exams coming up without worrying about all the other things you think you need to do to be happy. Those things can wait for a few weeks, and when you’re ready, you’ll find the motivation.
Of course, you do realise that you are exhibiting classic signs of ‘displacement activity’.
As soon as you start to study, there are so many other important things that need to be done (well, they suddenly seem very important). When I was studying for my finals (many years ago), I spent many happy hours drawing up my revision timetable, which I was instantly behind on, so had to draw up another one (all without the aid of a computer – yes, it was that many years ago  ). I’ve spent many happy hours over the last couple of weeks drawing up spreadsheets and checklists instead of actually doing anything very much to make some money, so no change there.
Good luck with your exams.

NAGH,
I think your debt diary has the hallmark of being great!
I would stop holding onto bad memories... why are they bad? What good memories do you have (just one will do to start with)
I would not owe another individual or institution money... Ooh, can I use this one, please? I would like not to owe anyone any money too
I would not need my parents for anything:eek: I will always need my parents to love me and be loved by me! I can't (don't want to) imagine my life without them because then I'd be poor (in the life sense) as well as in debt!
I would have motivation I think you have motivation, which is demonstrated in this diary
I would play cricket again if I wanted because I was fit enough Do you want to play cricket again?
I would have a career and not a bunch of excuses for not yet having one You're studying to gain a qualification, which I assume will help you towards a glittering career!
I would not be 'starting diet/work/etc tomorrow', I would be doing it now you are doing it now, you're working for AQA. You've made a plan (that's the hard bit, next hard bit is sticking to it - says me the queen of procrastination)
I might have a partner they're not the be-all and end-all, but I agree, they are nice to have around;)
I would visit new places in the world on holiday where would you most like to visit? I have my wish list and was shocked to realised that I've visited over 50% of the places I most wanted to visit when I was 21. I'll be doing a new list of places to see / things to do before I'm [strike]40[/strike], no make that 50!
I would not make empty promises empty promises are one thing, but sometimes we need the magic ingredient of time before we can honour and keep our promises.
I would not let the smallest thing let me get so damn furious If we don't get mad at the small things, we *might* have to get mad at the big things!
I would confront something rather than shy away from it ok, those are big things!!
I'm looking forward to your next installment. Good luck, but I don't think you'll need it, because you'll achieve it all anyway. Meanwhile, we'll sit here and cheer you along all the way.DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debt

Hi again,
Thanks for the very kind comments, just starting this diary has improved my mood immeasurably.
Polly - you are spot on with the displacement activity, I am massively guilty of it. What I do hope will be different in the coming weeks is that the time that I am not spending studying will be spent more productively - and I count updating this diary as being a huge part of that. I have decided not to beat myself up about any of the other 'worries' I have as I put them aside for the next 6-9 weeks. Thankyou.
elentan - kind words again from you, they really do mean so much. What does mean even more is that people are succeeding on the 101 day challenge; polly is right in saying that it was not my time but seeing people move forward really helps to motivate me. Thankyou.
cat - Thankyou for spending time to look at my post(s), incredibly kind of you. I will respond to what you have written tomorrow but right now I must get some sleep so that I can get some decent studying done tomorrow.
I feel so much better about the time ahead, I really do; I just hope it is not simply because I am looking forward to seeing the back of Mr Blair tomorrow
Seriously though, this kind of therapy ought to be prescribed by the NHS.
Night night
