Morning flyladies. I haven't caught up with the thread so I hope you're all ok.

My HSL was the only neglected area this week and the shoes are breeding in the hall, I won't be able to get to the front door soon, so that is my plan of action today after popping to the PO and walking the dogs.

Right better make myself look human then if I'm going out in public.

Have a great day everyone and I'll pop in later I'm sure.
Spend less now, work less later.

Right, I am moving! I've done a couple of hhc and feel more in control now!

    I have:
Stripped my bed, WM on with bedding and used my new steamer on the mattress, thought I'd do it early so lots of time to air dry.
Stripped DD bed and removed it to spare room ready for new one to arrive, she has picked up her toys so he doesn't trip over anything...
Put heater on in conservatory and set DD up with table and "school" books. She's currently bossing 3 tigers a rabbit and a monkey. DS is having none of it and playing lego in the LR.
Put away all ironing rom yesterday and stuff that was on radiators.
Quick tidy in hall, school bags, hats, shoes just got dumped last night.
Wiped over DR after kids breakfast and put ironing board away.
    Got dressed :o

Just having :coffee: now and some nutrigrain biccies (B&M, short-dated bargain :T) then I'll start on the kitchen, which really is the worst bit. But I'm sure a HH organise will do the trick, and there's a lot that can be binned...

Phew! Feels better already, even in lego land...

    Good morning all

I don't feel that my flying this week has been very focused: despite having cleaned through the whole house on Sunday evening and early Monday morning, I have still not managed to finish tidying the study/bedroom cupboard and CoD which I began on Tuesday morning, and that is affecting everything else I do. I think it's partly being unsettled over whether the Garden Gang would arrive or not. Hopefully the boss will have recovered enough from the flu to bring them back here on Monday. Fingers crossed for fine weather!

Yesterday I forced myself to go back to Merry Hell shopping centre to get a refund on those jack-up trousers and buy a couple of things from M&S. Really pleased that I'm now a size 16 (was 22-24) :D

Two little monkeys (aka DGDs 1+2) are coming to spend part of the morning with us :j but first DS1 is taking them to W!cke$ to buy a downpipe and some trellis support posts for me which at 2.5m are too long to fit in our car, but he has an old Landrover Defender workhorse :) He has told the girls that I am building a monkey fence... :rotfl:

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

    Morning all

Slow start here as I was awake from 5:30-7:30 then went back to sleep for an hour.

DS3 deposited at squash and DS2 been given a cuppa as I know he has studying to do.
WM on an yesterday's ironing put away.

I'm going to do a HHC on the paperwork I started yesterday and then see what mood I'm in for the rest of the day.

Bossy yes we shall all decide together for next week - I'm thinking Rooms of Doom or Dining Rooms/Studies - what do you want fly people

LameWolf where are you and are you ok?x

Pigpen, have you considered seeing a doctor? You seem to be staggering from one bout of unwellness to another and it must be incredibly wearing. I know you have no time for health care professionals, but to quote a meerkat, 'I's worried about you.'

That's such an achievement! I bet you feel so much better for it, too. How's DH doing?

Dusty, I'm going to be on the Room of Doom aka my office / study / the spare futon for as long as it takes which could be some considerable time - as in months. I will be finishing off projects which are nesting in the attic (because I ran out of space to stash them in the room of doom), on top of the cupboard, filling up another cupboard, festering secretly in dark corners and breeding. Knowing that I'm cleaning it next week along with other Flyladies would be lovely and make the next few months so much easier. I also have 18m of bookshelves in there.
    Better is good enough.

I could hold off on the garage as RoD if we prefer LR. It's not too bad in here but could use the attention in DVD City.

Kitchen done, plus another cake (3 Madeira slabs sliced filled and "cemented" together then iced), so he has the ipad cake for his actual birthday, and the power rangers one we bought last night for the party later.
I've rehomed what was needed, taken stuff out to the bin (fortnightly collection was on Wed and it's nearly full again ) washed up my cakey stuff and steamed the tiles behind the cooker then all the work tops.

    More tea, vicar?

This place is resembling a (rather well lived in) home!

Kids are playing babies. There's a lot of "no, go back to bed you naughty girl!" Lol I think the message is getting through. DD got up once at about 2.30 but that was it. I just couldn't get back to sleep after. So I downloaded a game onto my phone :rotfl:

In fact, I might have a game now whilst I have my tea break...
