Thanks for the good wishes Ionafan. Am back, have been swabbed, jabbed and jabbed again and got through major tooth reconstruction without needing to be unconscious. This bodes well for the future. OH had to deliver and collect me due to the Temazepam, but I was conscious the entire time and my mouth does not feel as though an elephant has taken up residence in the gum. This new dentist is the real deal. Excellent.

I've been filing all day day, on and off, so I'll probably never be able to find anything again, but the Filing Tray is down to the final inch. I will get this office sorted and then the attic and then I will finish all the projects I started with such enthusiasm which petered out when I got disheartened. I found something in the attic the other day that I must have bought years ago to solve a particular problem, and then forgot about. The problem persists and I cannot tell you how much time I have wasted trawling around the shops looking for the very thing that was in the attic all along. The time I've wasted by being disorganised is a sobering thought.

Speaking of sobering thoughts, I'm well-impressed by your achievment FBO, and I have to say you are one of the inspirations behind my eleven alcohol free days, so thank you. And well done, obviously.

Afternoon all

Not really flown (or done much else either TBH) today. Second lot of cat's bedding washed and WM rinsed through. Water filter changed. Kitchen sofa and floor hoovered so could have been worse.

Just ordered DS2 a ski jacket and taken him into work to sort out his holiday bookings.

Going to do dinner next and put the heating on it's really cold here today.

Good afternoon everyone, I have not posted on here for a while and as a result I have not been doing much if any flying and the house is starting to show it.

I know it is bit late in the week but I will join in this weeks lists and see what I can get done.

Monday - Master bedroom & landing
Strip and wash sheets
Vacuum and turn mattress before replacing clean sheets
15 minutes floordrobe clearance
Wash windows
Vacuum floors
Dust and deweb
Wipe paintwork
Sort through a cupboard.. make it neat and tidy and get rid of what you no longer wear/need/use
Sort through a box of junk from the landing
Binbag dance
Collect all the dirty laundry from upstairs!

Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Mess
Clear and wipe work surfaces
Wipe and replace small appliances
Empty cutlery drawer.. wash cutlery tray and replace everything neatly.. get rid of all the odds and sods that shouldn't be in there..
Wipe the front of the units, kickboards and the large appliances
Sweep and mop the floor
Wipe dining table and replace cloth if needed
Clean out the fridge - now the weather seems to be turning colder is there anything that can be turned into soup and frozen. I have a collection of butternut squashes for some reason, so butternut squash soup for us I think
De-web and fluff the room
Wash the windows
Wipe down paintwork/sideboards/units in dining room
Clean filters and detergent dispensers

Wednesday - sprog/spare room
Strip beds and wash sheets and any other bedding in need!
Clear the floor of gibble
Vacuum floor
Wash window
De-web and dust the room
Binbag dance
Wipe away sticky marks
Collect dirty laundry
HHS&S of the upstairs of the house..
HHI while watching some gubbins of the gogglebox
HH catch-up!!

Thursday - bathroom and cruddy study!
Declutter the floors and desk!
Remove all the dirty laundry
Mop/vacuum the floors
Polish the bath/shower/loo/basins/keyboard/mouse/monitor etc.. defrag/virus scan/spyware scan the pc while this does
Empty and clean out the bins
Wash any curtain/shower curtain/screen/bathmats that needs doing
Shine mirrors and screens and windows
Clean any radiators/fires
Dust and wipe the pc desk
Straighten the towel cupboard
Wipe down any chairs/sofas in the study
Deweb and dust these rooms!

Well THAT was fun. I am finally up to date with the account though there was a panic when I couldn't find the cashbox key to check the petty cash. However I MANAGED TO OPEN IT QUITE EASILY :eek:

Now attempting to log into charity commission website to submit returns.

Enjoyed lunch and shopping with DD she is slowly recovering bit still a bit chesty. Managed to get my phone sorted so that made me happy.

Was quite cold when I got home so got wrapped up and a hot drink.

Cat has been running round like a mad thing. He he starts at 2am again he will be getting shut in the kitchen.

Hi all

Tired tonight, did paid stuff then had to take DS2 to hospital for an x-ray so thats my day gone. No flying done but I will catch up tomorrow. Off to make sure the basics are done and the kitchen looks presentable.

Then I am going to crash on the sofa!

Boddy, I've been cold today.
Possibly because I got drenched on the school run this morning, but oh my, that wind has been icy today...

All quiet in moo-land. Littlies fed, bathed and bed. There is a tray of Lego that needs pouring back into its box and a few of DD toys need to go back upstairs.

I sat on the loo seat pairing socks whilst kiddies were having a dunk in the tub. Multi tasking followed by much shrieking as both needed hair washing :eek:

Need to empty DW again, and refill from dinner again. That thing is on overdrive lately. Also will wrap gift and write cards I think.

We had a flurry of snow earlier! Was all over in about 5 minutes but very nice to see :T DS has been asking when it will snow

Speaking of which. I'm going to write in his reading record, he did some very good reading tonight with some full sentences without having to spell out the words :T bless him, he's really coming along. Aww. How did my chubby baby boy grow into this gorgeous gangly almost 5yr old?

Dd1 been to beavers tonight. Cant believe tomorrow is Friday already! Am working sat morning but am free afternoon and Sunday so will crack on with sone jobs and if we do get a break in the rain will do for a walk.

I will hoover and mop hall loo kitchen and diner this weekend if it kills me...
