No we had a wonderful run , good when it lasted
I lost £5 ........ but that paid for nearly two years of use, so even if the company has now gone......MANY thanks ovivo , you gave us a great service while it lasted.
now with 3 store, on 321
The service was great however it got ruined by ovivo giving itself a bad image by giving a short notice at the end. If they gave a notice in advance they could have went out proud after 2 years.
This act will definitely decrease consumer confidence investing in new mobile networks in the future. Because of this I don't think there will be new mobile networks in the future cause lack of consumer confidence leaving only the big players in the market.0 -

The biggest problem is that they don't believe you. Whenever I tell anyone, they say "there must be a catch, it can't be free."
Ouch! You have some explaining to do!0 -

I was joking! As you were the one who encouraged them to sign up for Ovivo!0 -
iAMaLONDONER has a point....I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
