Had nearly 2 years of trouble free service with them before they went. I can't complain.
50000 isn't enough for a sustainable long term mobile network business. Is 2 years long term? This figure would not convince me to move to Ovivo however the answer came to late for the already Ovivo sufferers out there.0 -
Annybody that had their sim more than a couple of months lost no more than they would have paid for an equivalent service. The sufferers are thaose that only bought a sim recently. As it happens I bought one a couple of days before the crash but I'd had two others for best part of a year. I don't expect any refund for the credit on the two earlier sims but I got the most recent one through TopCashBack and they have said they will be honouring the £5 even though they almost certainly won't get it. I've put in a PayPal claim too - not sure how that will go.0

what about the sufferers who still have payg credit remaining on their ovivo regardless of when they bought the sim?0 -
Who added PAYG credit? You could buy monthly add ons at unattractive prices but sfaik there was no PAYG option other than the credit that was applied when you bough a SIM. I may be wrong on that as I used the sevice the way I suspect most did - a one-off payment and then use the free allowance.0

Yes im talking about the PAYG credit that was applied when the sim is bought.
My cousin still hasn't used that credit and he said something that Ovivo will refund if the sim is sent back to them but which address is it sent to?0 -
