Love the review of the year too karma. Thanks for sharing. My mum loves the council walks and has made a few friends. They do slighter longer walks and a coffee sometimes.

Good afternoon, lovely peeps :) it feels like morning hereabouts :o I managed *lots* of sleep :j

Bit of financial admin to finish before Christmas - submitting meter readings, paying a monthly CC bill, that sort of thing. After the C-time, of course, accounts will loom :o:eek: so I may include some of that today.

I woke too late to go to the WI weekly fair :o so no local pressies, but I'll head over that way soon, as the deli might have some local goodies. We'll see.

All that sleep must have done some good! :)

Not likely to be back on now until after Christmas, so I hope you have a lovely one, filled with joy and relaxation KC! x :xmassign:

It hasn't worked :o maybe 10% less ... I've no idea why ... I'm sort of glad I did it, because otherwise I'd be wondering, but I'm disappointed, there's no denying it. It *is* acoustic, but no dice.

    Thank you beanie!

I waltzed off to Waitrose very early, busy but not overwhelmed, and between foodie presents, stocking up on pesto and a contribution to the meal, spent enough to get £10 off a £50plus spend. Chatted with sister and ex-colleague, just want to pin my brother down now, and thats the long distance peeps done.

Christmas will be pleasant, and it's a big deal that it's hosted by my youngest nephew and his wife, but I'm not thrilled with it as a whole ... more important to keep on laying the foundations for life next year. Local monthly writing group. Healthy walks run by the council. That'll do for starters.

Lovely catch up ...and ...really great review and plans going forward. I'm enjoying reading peoples plans!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Hello Watty, thank you :)

Speaking of the plans - I too am going to keep a closer eye on what I make with various mse ways:
£6.25 Amazon voucher from Opinion Outpost. I got to that total really quickly, but now, I keep getting turned down for surveys, so I'm scratching that one.
£10 money off voucher at Waitrose. Budgeted Christmas presents, a little cheeseboard for The Day, and my usual pesto. Something like 16% off, which is brilliant.

Got a few more diaries to run through, then Christmassy things abound, while I let SB run in the background.
