I heard those statistics too, rtandon, but wasn't at all heartened by it! It still makes the news when a third of all eligible voters didn't vote. The trend may be upwards but it's still a shocking state of affairs IMO:eek:0 -

We had over 76% turnout in our constituency!
I just did the parkrun under a slightly threatening sky but now I'm home again the sun's come out :rotfl:
