Why? He's not been named, he didn't get into any trouble. On the other hand, OP explained her situation in the first post. Everybody seems to think her reaction was so OTT - maybe she has mental health problems, an anxiety disorder perhaps, in which case she certainly doesn't deserve ridicule!

Whilst I don't agree with OP's subsequent comment about people being blocked from getting to hospital by Tesco vans, I do understand why she said it, in the face of such a lack of sympathy for her own history and situation.

OP reported him to his employer, I'd say he has been named! How do you know he did not get into trouble?

She posted on Tesco's Facebook page - how is that reporting a named employee to his employer? How do you know she did that? That's not really how posting complaints to the Facebook pages of organisations (usually) works!

She posted a photo of the van. It may have escaped your attention that vans have number plates, and Tesco will be able to identify the driver from that.

We can only hope that Tesco gave the complaint the credit it deserved, and put it straight in the bin.
