            Morning Rainbow
I think a treat pot is the best thing to have to encourage us to stay on the right track so enjoy it!
The day out to Pitlochry (can't even work out how to pronounce that!) sounds lovely. I hope you're having a lovely time and see lots of things you hadn't noticed before. x CC1: 10273.70/6892.56. CC2: 1000/832 x CC1: 10273.70/6892.56. CC2: 1000/832

What is a dream board? It sounds very interesting!
The day out yesterday was really lovely, our merry band of brothers got on very well and dear auntie insisted on buying lunch for everyone, and ice creams later on, so I just had to pay for the diesel. I think that part of Scotland, in the springtime, would be difficult to beat anywhere on earth, it is breathtakingly beautiful.
Dear auntie is getting into a spiral of worry over all the paperwork that is accumulating following uncle's death, nothing has been straightforward, and her latest worry is tax. Dear uncle had been very astute with money and has investments all over the place that are only just coming to light, some in her name and some in his, so I have agreed to spend a day with her soon, just going through it all, to see if we can make some sense of it. Her DS can't make heads or tales of it, and she will probably need to get an accountant and lawyer involved.
An example is a 'few' Glaxo shares which dear uncle bought years ago, and has been continually re-investing the dividends, they alone are worth £20,000.00 +. It is all making me rather grateful that our finances are relatively straightforward if limited!!"I wondered why the Frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me". £9/£250

My dream board (vision board) is a visual image of the various things I'd like to have, do, see, etc. these have ranged from a London mews house in Chelsea to the ideal job Venn diagram. I just think that if you were going down the route of a treat pot, it might be good to have treats to aim for.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 11st 12lb determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. OK it is the start of a new week and I want to regroup:-
Things that are going well this month:-
 1. Tackled issues head on with school and organisation and I am pleased with the results.
 2. Money is on track and in budget.
 3. I have spent a lot of time with DS and DH and friends
 4. The house is surpisingly tidy and washing up to date
 Things that have been neglected:-
 1. Exercise
 2. Meal planning
 3. Calorie counting and watching alcohol intake
April was supposed to be all about the diet and exercise and that is what it has not been about. I have stuck to plan on just 1.5 days this month
So the focus for the rest of the month will be those three key areas, plus a £6.00 a day endeavour, and I will track my progress on here, as usual, so:-
 Weetabix minis and brazil nuts
Bacon lettuce and tomato roll for lunch and melon
Fajita for tea with lots of salad and very little cheese.
Exercise - One hour walk to friends house
£6.00 a day challenge - stick baby monitor's on ebay."I wondered why the Frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me". £9/£250

Chances are that if your house is tidy, you've exercised more than you realised!Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 11st 12lb determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I like that :rotfl:but I don't recall doing the tidying! I think the logical explanation is that we have been out a lot!"I wondered why the Frisbee was getting bigger, and then it hit me". £9/£250

            Hi Rainbow
I agree with INOD about the housework/exercise. I recently mowed both my parents back garden and my own and walked nearly 4 miles - add to that the strenuous arm exercise too and the result was a shattered Sassy! haha Seriously though, just popping things away as you walk past is exercise - bending, stretching, thinking! x CC1: 10273.70/6892.56.
