Hpuse, can I please draw your attention towards post #451.
You appear to have overlooked the questions posed there.

OK, Hpuse, thanks for that, but it doesn't answer the question.
The question was:Hpuse, can you please explain why you think the company you mention is not meeting that requirement?
Please can you tell us why you think the address of 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW is not suitable as a Registered Office address for the company in question?
I am only asking because you told us all it wasn't allowed:It is an easy job for anyone to find out that they are using this virtual address service
for mail forwarding.
That itself is against company house policies, which states registered address must be a physical location for the delivery or inspection of company house registration documents.0 -

But I felt certain you would know the answer to that before making the accusation that they were acting outside Companies House policies.
Remember, you said:It is an easy job for anyone to find out that they are using this virtual address service
for mail forwarding.
That itself is against company house policies, which states registered address must be a physical location for the delivery or inspection of company house registration documents.
So once again you have ignored the question, which was:Please can you tell us why you think the address of 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW is not suitable as a Registered Office address for the company in question?
As you have now effectively said that you don't know the answer to that, we can of course now reasonably assume that all of the other unsubstantiated statements you have posted are without foundation.0 -

Ah! , wealdroam did you notice you already got 6 thanker's to your post just because you think my claims are "unsubstantiated".
Now some more facts:
168 companies in companies house use the same address.
145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW
is a forwarding service address. It is not a trading address. Check my post and read it clearly - I did not say that above address is not fit for RO address registration in CH.
What I said, in the above address, company house documents must be kept for inspection- that is all.
For e.g companies house can write a letter to you make your Statutory tax return and Annual Returns statements available for inspection at the above address for other authorities.
Now you will ask me , how do you know whether it is not kept/made available?? Please feel free to ask like other !! This is what you call acquaintance!
Also, for all Online trading activities, it is trading standards mandate that you must supply either a physical trading address, email or a telephone contact. Most of these companies fail on both counts in full-filing that requirement and their address/email address and telephones are either falsified or non-responsive.
Do you want me to post the TS links/screenshots for the above as well?0 -

Now for some more facts:
A registered address has only to be an address where Companies House documents can be sent, not kept. You can keep records whereever you like as long as you tell Companies House.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

What are you taking about? You can't go spouting crap and not expect people to correct you.
A thank you would have been nice, but you're just too rude and ignorant to accept when you're wrong.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
