You created this thread to help people, yet when someone needs help you post once telling them to bury their head in the sand without trying to get the full facts, and then start to moan about the people that are trying to help the "victim".
For your information, I will post what I like as long as its within the forum guidelines and is relevant to the discussion.
I wonder, what exactly she is a "victim" of ?
Actually the passport copycats are the victims here if she hasn't paid them:rotfl:0 -
Anna, Can you answer the following questions please.
1) What date did you visit the website?
2) What communication have you received from the website, either via email, letter or phone?
3) What dates did you receive these communications?
4) What communication has your MIL received from the website, either via email, letter or phone?
5) What dates did your MIL receive these communications?0 -

hpuse, you change your original post so much its difficult to keep track of what your advice is.
Anyway, let me try and break this situation down for you.
Anna agreed to terms and conditions saying she would pay for the service within 72 hours.
What needs to be established is whether the company did actually provide that service. Without receiving further deatails is hard to establish if there has been a breach of contract or whether the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999 will come into force.
Simply ignoring it isnt an option, as they could instruct debt collectors or make a claim with the Small Claims Court to try and recover the fee.
Feel free to mock my posting style as much as you like. Im actually here to help.0 -

by letter nothing (register), by phone a few times and by e mail a few times. They only got a forget signature, that is very different from her real one. (she always signed like maria smith an a signed like m smith).0 -
hpuse, you're like an automated talking machine and you string words together which don't go with the occasional abstract phrase which has no meaning to anyone but you. What the hell is a 'implanted concern', and what the hell is a 'pain injection'?
This thread doesn't stress the need for education, it highlights it. I'm really sorry our education system has failed you, badly."Always fulfil your needs, only fulfil your wants when your needs are no longer a concern" - citricsquid0 -

Anna, are you able to answer each of the questions with detail about the communication. Will help to look into things for you.0 -
