Can you remember what the emails said? This is quite important.

Also, which service did you apply for? 1 day, 7 day or 3-6 weeks?

Im not to sure where you stand in relation to signatures etc. They could argue its fraud by false representation.

i applied for one day service.i have never given them my name or my address.
i cant remember anything about the dates.

the my questions should i paid to this company or not. the directors of this company has been fined for no paid a fine when he was the director of another company.
when i put the ip address of the company it said is located in berlin.
I will not mind to paid if it is a real company.

The bottom line is ...

They are almost certainly NOT going to start small claims court proceedings. So this fear can be put aside.

... They might send a few letters threatening this, then get their debt recovery friends to send a few letters, but that is all. Some of those letters may even have have RED CAPITAL LETTERS!

PS - debt recovery CANNOT take court action, as they are not the principal/client.

I hope the don't start small claims courts proceeding. I am also worry a little bit about the fake signature.

Thanks Polly. Its amusing that the members hpuse is so quick to critisise on here are the people which are actually trying to help! You would have thought hpuse would be bending over backwards to help, rather then trying to score cheap points all the time!

From the information Anna has provided, it appears she will be ok.

Despite asking for the money to be paid within 72 hours, they dont appear to have booked an appointment for her MIL and as they didnt send out any paperwork in the post, it could easily be claimed they never provided a service.

The key here Anna, is to check with HM Passport Service to see whether any appointment was actually made for your MIL.

Thank you very much for your help, at the moment we are going to ignore the phone calls and e mails. My mother in law has blocked them in the house telephone and mobile. They only way the will get my money is they go to the court.
