    @keyser666,

You have missed some important bits, words of Francis Maude, Minister of Cabinet office.
My colleagues in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and I had a meeting with Google and others last week to address exactly this issue. We are taking urgent steps, with Google and with the Advertising Standards Authority, to address it. It is a real concern, the hon. Gentleman is right to raise it and we are on the case.
As you say, I agree Google does not make profit for the govenrment, - so they have not been "instructed".

So why did you attempt to mislead people by stating they did? Were you trying to con us?

Don't worry, I've already reported hpuse to the ASA, DSA, DVLA and ASDA. I've also raised a dispute with everyones' bank. He might have been able to get away with under the law, however David Cameron is discussing the matter with Ant & Dec as we speak. Your days are counterfeited, hpuse.

EDIT - Do you agree, hpuse?

    BoP,
re: your question, Have I got my money back?

I want to give you an answer that makes you happy on a Friday evening. So tell me, what would make you feel delighted, a yes or a No.? . Please reply.

If it were me you were seeking an answer from, I would say "only a truthful answer would make me happy".
But as you weren't asking me, feel free to ignore that.

    Well!

I rather though hpuse would have the good grace to apologise for his rather impertinent post where he criticised me typing 'key words' instead of 'keywords' when he'd done the same.

A further example, were it needed, of his tendency to select only the posts and information that support his argument.

Just continue to mislead and con as you have done throughout the thread...as you are clearly skilled in the art.

I have followed your advice I purchased this service 31/12/13 and the site has been updated since my purchase to clearly provide the information of what service I was paying for.
My argument with this site is does not give a receipt after purchase to provide details of goods or services provided .This is a basic right when you buy goods from a shop on the high street but it is more confusing online. A online seller provides this to prove the service, transaction or goods have validity
.This would highlight the confusion straight away I was foolish not to do my research before the purchase and aware I am now open to I told you so replies but this does excuse this website making money from people who for whatever reason are mislead into not knowing what service they has purchased by lack of information via a receipt.
There are no good reviews of this site if is in fact doing no harm.
There is a government petition to stop these sites operating .
I can't put the link as I am a new user.
Remove all non-PIS online passport application service
