What I see i.e 'natural resistance' to challenge me will linger around in these forums at least till this summer 2014.
Consumer Rights Bill will then outlaw this thread' majority of posting ethics.....0 -

How come the "we are working with Google" just turns out to be the report an Ad link? Can't you see they want you to think somethings happening when infact it isn't? It's just words to to keep people happy. Look I'll show you:
How come the site below comes up on the first page of Google for 'UK passport apply' and has 15 pages indexed as you can see from the link below.
http://www.google.co.uk/webhp?nord=1#nord=1&q=site:passports-uk.co.uk
This really doesn't seem to show that Google are working with the Government on copycat sites!
I asked you to show a link where Google say they are working with the Government, they don't seem to be.0 -

The reason I asked is because I reported a site via that link and here is their response:

Hello,
Thanks for sending feedback about an ad that violates AdWords policies. These AdWords by the site you submitted as well as your concerns on other similar sites do conform and in no way breach our policies. We apply the same standards to all the sites that we check so violations are evaluated regardless of spend, keywords bids or history of the account.
I do hope than answers your question.
Have any other AdWords related feedback or questions?
We're constantly working to make our product better, and your opinions and suggestions help us do so. Please visit the feedback page on our Help Center or send us your question by clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the top of the AdWords Help Center.
Sincerely,
The Google AdWords Team
SO hpuse who is telling the truth then? I am believing Google because the ad I reported IS STILL THERE0 -

Firstly, here is some good news for you:-
a) This is my last post in this thread.
Secondly.
Continue debating here and hail the legality till CRB is passed or GDS clarifies legal trade position on online copycats trading using government websites..
Now to summarise CRB:
For those who do not know where the above came from, FYI, it is not written by hpuse:

Were not discussion congestion charging sites as they are completely different to the passport/EHIC/driving licence ones.
Anyway, when are you going to post up proof of that chargeback?0
