Steps to take if you have been ripped-off by a copy-cat government website

So why did your OP advise people to register a dispute? The only reason to raise a dispute is with the intention of getting your money back. You cant have it both ways.

And then after that you amended the OP to say not to ask the bank for a refund but raise a dispute, so what is the point of raising a dispute if it is not for a refund?
@transient
Just like my OP, you are also perfectly entitled to create a new thread addressing to traders: Steps to take while responding to disputes initiated by the consumer.
One thing I can guarantee. I will not be participating and challenging you asking whether all traders will be successful in defending disputes. :rotfl:0 -

Note the assistance that Google gives you to complete the words!!

Now here is a little bit of advice for OP.
The government collects taxes from the wealth created in our lands to provide services such as passports.
Google works by taking advertisements. As such a commercial organisation, will seek revenue from service providers!
Service providers will continue to promote their services.
It is commerce!

May be people are agitated because Google UK further removed the newest copycat kid in town .... (passp*rtapply .co .uk)

The funny thing about you doing this screen shot is the words you have used, no one really would type in 'uk passport apply' because we all know that Google is clever enough to know we're in the UK already and will alter its results as such so there is no need to use 'UK'
I wonder how many combinations of words you had to use to bring up those results :TDont rock the boat

@Exile_georgdie
How can a computer with a list of automated rules can ever be clever than humans? That is the reason why we have SEOs !!:rotfl:0 -
Hi everyone
We've received a few reports from people asking us to remove this entire thread for containing inaccurate information.
Unfortunately that's not something we have the time to look into and determine. However, we do have a news story and a guide that may help clear up some issues. We've added them into the top of the first post.
