It seems to be a letter before action with a slightly different title. Surely the title "Letter before making a fool of myself in court" would be a better heading?

Its a letter full of !!!!!

Virtually each and every point could be ripped apart by any of these companies.

As for charging £100 (2 x £50ph) - Thats just laughable! Thats an annual salary of over £350,000!

The maximum allowed court rate is £18 per hour (as I understand).

Wrong. I have never said or confirmed in any of my pages that people are guaranteed to get their money back by following OP.

    You haven't answered my question,

Do you agree that banks are wronging by allowing disputes to be raised from people who have lost money to copycats ?

If there is no guarantee of money back, why would anyone bother to start a dispute?
Who has that kind of time to waste, to no effect.
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    1. OP is for consumers who got ripped-off by copycats.
    2. OP addresses, exposes key 'weak' elements of rip-off copycat trade and their legal standings.
    3. OP addressed rights of a consumer, specifically in getting their money back in full.
    3. OP does not solicit comments trade friendly posters
    4. However, if trade friendly posters cannot resist posting, such posts will be dealt with sarcasm, negative and uncompassionate merciless attitude on their assertions.
    5. Sarcasm is permissible within limits and rules of this forum.
    5. If any of the trade friendly posters cannot take sarcasm or anti-dotes they post , they are either suggested to a)refrain from posting or b) Please continue to report abuse.
    6. Thank you for your understanding.
    7. Last but not least, hail consumer rights and help fight copycats!

@wealdroam. Please let me know if any of the statements goes above the thread 'abuse meter' .:rotfl: Oh, I forgot to add - the same abuse meter can be leveraged on other posts on this thread.

If you believe in your rights - then you have to fight for it. No one will bring it to your door step.

Having said that, the only guaranteed thing in this world to me now is,
I will get a reply to all my posts in this thread :rotfl:

In just 2 posts you make, you contradict yourself.
Again if no refund why would anyone bother with your OP

Great ideologies are born in this forum, right here, right now, here is an one example:

Addressing consumer rights = Guaranteeing refund :T

So why did your OP advise people to register a dispute? The only reason to raise a dispute is with the intention of getting your money back. You cant have it both ways.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=64381682&postcount=9

And then after that you amended the OP to say not to ask the bank for a refund but raise a dispute, so what is the point of raising a dispute if it is not for a refund?
