We've received a few reports from people asking us to remove this entire thread for containing inaccurate information.
Unfortunately that's not something we have the time to look into and determine. However, we do have a news story that may help clear up some issues. We've added it into the top of the first post.
So hpuse even the sites editors who's primary purpose of this site is to save money for consumers or reclaim money you shouldn't have paid (PPI etc) therefore they are basically saying as they said in the article you will struggle to get your money back. Reason being at present there aren't doing anything unlawful and their service can be backed up.
Yet you still go on and on and on about getting a refund, then raise a dispute for a refund, then dont ask them for a refund when raising a dispute blah blah blah
Your information and guidance is not worth the paper it is written on0 -
So looking at that Guidance from MSE there is nothing anywhere on how to get your money refunded and if there was a way to get it refunded MSE would be highlighting it.

Hello Keyser666,
How are you doing today?.
Do you agree with the statement below.
a) A consumer loses money to copycat for not reading t&c's
b) Consumer tries to recover money from copycats
c) Consumer fails/failed to recovery money from copycats
d) Consumer opens a dispute with the bank in an attempt to bring the matter to attention with other parties involved.
e) Consumer tries to recover money via bank from copycats
f) Consumer fails to recovery money via bank OR
Consumer succeeds in recovering money via bank
So, according to you someone who lost money should stop at step c) ?
Is that what you are saying?0 -

I'm afraid, I say No, consumer should fight his case and raise this matter with all authorities. So together with the help of consumer, copycats will soon be a thing of past.....
So we agree to disagree. Hence part b) of OP will stand. Period.
What are the banks going to do by raising it with them then?0 -
I am not asking you to change it just saying it is a load of rubbish of which it is only you to think otherwise.
What are the banks going to do by raising it with them then?
Fair enough. You are entitled to that opinion.
I have a request tho'. If you do not like what you read from my post, please do not report. That will be a waste of time in my opinion.0
