Again, nothing majorly exciting today, don't seem to have much to report over weekends.....guess that's a good thing?
One item left listed on eBay. Will list more tomorrow. 5 to post and one sold but not yet paid for.
Still nothing from the elusive BT card from capital one....it's been well over a week almost 2, surely shouldn't take so long?Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0 -
Hi dottyanne
Sounds like you are of to a good start especially with eBay. Hope out hear about the capital one card soon.

Hi Fae, thanks for popping in....got to keep the momentum up with the eBay, that, along with my regular payments and anything left from monthly budget is what is getting thrown at the credit cards... I WILL be rid of them this year...just packaging things up now for the post office..and will be digging more out to list shortly.
Budget is going well, it's amazing how much more in control I feel now.
Another aim for 2014 along with pays to credit cards off is to change my car. I want to get one with a smaller more economical engine, cheaper to run in all ways.
Now to dig out some more stuff for eBay

Hi Eyebright
glad u popped in lol. Got 5 items listed at the moment, new listings so no bites as yet but fingers crossed
In other news, the elusive o% balance transfer card from cap 1 still hasn't materialised BUT it must be on the way as I had an email from them with log in details for it, it has a 1.5K limit too so all the remaining Barclaycard debt can go on there leaving that card clear. I can't do the BT until I physically have the card but hopefully sometime this week it will arrive. That will leave me 3 cards, 2 at 0% and the other is high but OH uses for work and we clear that with his expenses, albeit there is more money on there and all the eBay funds and any money left from budget is going straight to that one. The new cap 1 is only 0% for 6 months so that needs to be cleared next and the remaining one has longer so that will be the last to go.
Budget going well and think will have some surplus in some areas this month so another positive .... All coming along nicely

Hi
I seem to have spurts where eBay is concerned, sold a router, some clothes, jackets...old ps3 games etc - you name it
anyway, I seem to start well then it dies off so I aim to keep it going by posting success on my diary and using it to clear the damn cards

Hi Eyebright
I was determined to be organised in 2014! I had this budget planned in November/December last year but couldn't implement until first pay day 2014, so far so good....the plan is there just got to stick to it :cool:Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0
