Thanks Kei - am trying to stay focused but it is really hard sometimes!

Didn't get a chance to post yesterday so spends were £13.92 in f*rmfoods and then £17.50 on food and drink in the pub while watching rugby. Scotland actually won :D so got a free pint!

So far today is shaping up to be a NSD so hopefully nothing will crop up.

Unfortunately yesterday didn't end up being a NSD as I remembered that I needed coffee. While in the shop I also got some reduced price hot cross buns and fruit loaf. Total spend was 4.09.

Today direct debits for my gym membership (16.99) and phone bill (17.43) have come out and I have made a teeny tiny payment of 0.58 to cc1.

I am hoping that I get my payslip from monthly job today so that I can get a budget worked out. I think I will book another contact lens appointment for when I get paid as I have found that I really don't like wearing my glasses all the time and since there is no council tax to be paid this month, it seems a good time. I will also get a haircut if I have enough money as it has been a long time since it was last cut and it is looking a bit straggly at the ends.

Was chatting to OH last night about the fact that we've not really done anything together for a while because of the debt busting. So we have decided to put 15.00 each aside every month so that we can go to the cinema or out for a meal or even just get the bus out somewhere so that we can go for a nice walk.

I'm off work today and am planning on catching up on washing, ironing and cleaning - exciting stuff I know! It should be a NSD today as I can't think of anything that we might need.

Hope you've had a nice weekend!

I think that's a fab idea for you and OH to put money aside each month so you can have regular date nights :)

Good luck having a NSD day today.. I won't be, as I'm off to Frankie & Benny's with some work friends this evening - all budgeted for though! ;) x

Thanks for your post, I had a lovely weekend with my sister. I hope you have a good time out tonight - Frankie & Benny's is yummy.

In my tidying up today, I found a clubcard voucher that was going out of date on Friday so have swapped it for a cinema ticket. I also found a voucher for money off at a nearby cafe. Very pleased with these as it will make our 'date night' money stretch further!

I achieved my NSD as well :T - I didn't actually leave the house today, too busy cleaning and ironing!

I got my monthly payslip through today so have written down a budget, think I should have around 70.00 left to buy contact lens/get my hair cut once everything else is covered.

Morning Kei, both my jobs are in the care sector. My main job is working with people who have mental health problems and my 2nd job is with an agency so I work wherever I'm sent.
