Yesterday was a NSD and hopefully today will be as well. I'm taking my running things to work so plan is to run past all the shops on the way home ;)

Did a heap of baking last night, made flapjack, choc chip cookies and scones - plain and cheese. I'm planning to make chicken soup tonight so can have that with a cheese scone the rest of the week.

I've been brave and hung out some washing before going to work. Fingers crossed it stays dry :)

Not much to report, yesterday was a NSD. Today was planned to be but I ruined it buying a coffee at training. Was super prepared and took a water bottle, drinks and snacks but I really needed the caffeine boost.

I joined a new survey site yesterday that was recommended on monz's thread and have earned £3.25 already so thank you monz :D

Payday from 2nd job tomorrow, haven't been able to access my payslip but I should get around £50.

    Payday :D £52.53
    - £2.53 debt repayment
    - £20 back to food budget
    - £5 electricity bill
    - £5 emergency fund
    - £20 fun money

The fun money is for over the weekend. Me and OH were discussing that we hardly ever go out as a couple, think the last time was the cinema for my birthday which was 6 weeks ago. I'm off work this weekend so we're planning something, not quite sure what yet but something fun :D

Thanks for the tip monz. I had thought about cashing out as I'm now over £5 but I will wait :)

NSDs Friday and yesterday :). I'm just heading into town to post my timesheet for 2nd job and to look round the shops. I've got some vouchers to spend that I got for my birthday. OH is then going to come into town to meet me. We've decided to spend the fun money on a cheap wetherspoons lunch and then see wonder woman :)

Payslip is in for monthly pay so will work on a budget later.

Really enjoyed our day out yesterday, spent £23.45 altogether so a wee bit over budget but worth it. Also spent £37.64 in the supermarket, bought all the bits for a roast dinner but we were both too full from lunch so had scrambled egg on toast and will have the roast for tea tonight.

A NSD yesterday :D. Today should be the same, don't have much money left but payday on Thursday :D. Still to do the budget.

On Sunday I bought 2 tops and some socks. I still have £21.51 left in vouchers. Will put that towards a new pair of jeans as desperately need.

Work is incredibly busy at the moment, worked late last night and heading in early this morning. Care inspectorate will be in to do an inspection in the next 4-6 weeks so trying not to stress about that.

Lots of chat about a friends hen do in September. The plan is to go to a wee one day festival so will need to budget money for the tickets, I think around £30. The wedding is back home so at least we'll be able to stay with my parents and save on accommodation costs.

A NSD yesterday as expected. Today definitely won't be as I'll need to pick up some milk and margarine on the way home.

I've done the budget for July, just want to check it over and make sure I haven't missed anything before posting it.

Thanks monz :D. Feel like this month has been a bit of a slog but at least payday tomorrow :)

    So the budget - £1494.95
    - £1100 usual bills
    - £150 food
    - £104.95 debt
    - £100 social
    - £40 toiletries

£100 social is for my meal out with the girls tomorrow night plus another one later on in the month and our trip to Glasgow at the weekend.

I've also nearly run out of all toiletries, finally got through the Christmas stash :rotfl: so need to stock up again. I have managed to eke out my face cream so didn't buy this month but definitely need more now.

Today's spends were £2.20 on milk and margarine plus £1 on deodorant.
