Don't think I'll go quite so ambitious with paying off debt, will put more into savings as I will need to start saving money for accommodation at my sisters wedding.

Thanks INOD - I should be debt free by October!! :D

A spendy day - £25.64 on food shopping plus £27.99 on a birthday present for my brother. Not much else to report, had a day off work so I went to the gym and to the library. Rearranged our DVD collection - was hoping to get rid of quite a lot but OH was determined that he would watch most of them again so only managed to put a few in the charity shop bag.

Signed up for an app that was in Martin's email - gives you rewards for doing exercise, figured if I can earn vouchers from doing what I already do (walking to and from work everyday) I might as well :D

    - add £200 to savings
    - £100 grocery budget (we still have fairly stocked cupboards and freezer so aiming for low spends on food this month)

I have just read bits of your diary and I just wanted to say well done. You have done amazingly well to clear so much of your debt in a short space of time.

Lots of happy dancing going on here - roll on being under 2k!

A couple of spendy days - spent £5.20 yesterday on some bits for tea, today was almost a NSD but ruined it by spending £2.20 on chocolate. A day of training followed by a very stressful late shift at work meant chocolate was definitely needed :(

£5 bank account reward went in today so have paid that to the debt.

Went to the gym today after work and really enjoyed it, properly felt like all the stresses of the last few days faded away. Must try and go more often as I do feel so much better afterwards. It was also a NSD :D

Got my payslip for 2nd job so will get £84.74 on Friday, too tired to do a budget tonight so will do that tomorrow. I got the electricity bill through, I've saved £150 towards it, think I'm about £28 short but will work it out properly tomorrow.
