you are talking about your filled in job search booklets? if so they should have given you them not destroyed them but why do you need them, how is it going to help with this issue?

Not sure what to do about what? You haven't replied to my post asking you if you are talking about the booklets you fill in?

    You handed them in????

They have obviously seen you coming and the DM may not have the list of jobs you applied for as you have said the JC have destroyed them

Sorry if you think I am harsh but ask yourself this if you were thinking at all you would have asked for copies

You don't pay a bill with no receipt do you? Same thing

I'm still unsure why they are needed? once you sign on those jobs can no longer be used for sanctions, feedback and such ask but not sure what use they will be with this issue the OP is having?
  • They can not state how you hand in your job search. The appeal (or reconsideration) should state what you have done - including anything that was written down and any verbal representations you made.

If you have applied for what is on your job seekers agreement and can demonstrate you took the required number of steps to best secure yourself a job, then usually the decision maker will find in your favour.

I do find AP007 to be out of order in finding any sort of hilarity in your situation.

The list you hadn't on should be checkable against the list they are now going to show the OP of the 200 jobs the OP never applied for.

If the op had 40 jobs on the sheets/list handed in they the JC could say there were only 10 for example.

If a doubt is raised you are meant to show you are not guilty not the other way round like in a court of law.

It is simple minded to give anyone anything without getting a copy of it.
