Are you on WP? If so you are not eligble for JCP funding.
For those not on WP FsF doesn't cover travel within 90 mins, not an adviser rule so please do not blame the adviser. If FsF is issued incorrectly the adviser faces disaplinery action.

I didn't blame the adviser I was blaming the system, I said that is what the adviser told me, that there was no help, yes I'm on the WP but I was told the rule is no one gets help if the interview is within 90 minutes. and I was also told no help at all if you get a job, not that the help was only offered if you were not on the WP, how daft is that, the people that have been unemployed for more than a year get no help but those under get the help!...if what you are saying is correct, but as said I was told differently.

Anyway I asked the WP for help and they will "ask" but the budget is very small, my request for a bus ticket and help with uniform may bust the budget I was told, so may get refused :rotfl:

The WP provider has it in their contract they will have funding for the same services JCP can offer under FsF.

The system can be daft but the help is there but there are rules, only those not on WP can have FsF so makes no difference how long you are unemployed, post WP customers are eligble. Then have people had FsF before and spent it legitimately and have they provided receipts? This will determin if they have further support. The list then goes on.

WP have been given money for you, it is their contract they have financial systems in place to support you into work so keep asking.
They will want you to sign paperwork to say they helped you get a job and then if you stay employed for 26 weeks or more they get a nice fat bonus, they will also then recieve a weekly fee up to the teo year period from when you were referred if appropriate. So if they helped you help them back, if you found the job of your own accord say nothing and dont tell JCP where you are working as they will be obliged to tell them.

I found the job myself, I have already told them as I had to, as I was asking for help with fares etc, good to know they will be asking me to sign a form, think I will refuse if they don't offer me some help, not sure if that will be enough for them not to get their fee?

    Thanks for the info.

They need to get the employers name etc in order to claim a job outcome, they will need to trace you for 26 weeks to ensure you stay in employment, (not 100% sure if this bit still applies but they used to get the employer to sign to say when you started) in order to claim their HUGE fee. JCP dont care if you dont name the employer but make sure you tick the 'last longer than 5 weeks; if you want to claim any HB run on.

Unless MR tribunals are different to others, it will take months to be heard anyway.

As for proof, well, you have to prove that you stuck to the agreement, and if sanctioning you, then they have to show that you didn't.

As the MR failed, it suggests that two DM's have decided that you didn't, for whatever reason, adhere to it.

Have you been given a full explanation?

    Lin :)
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

As I understand it op wasn't told know what job they have sanctioned them for not applying for! There could be a valid reason they did not apply eg maybe op could not get to the job in time due to public transport not operating early enought.

How can two people say a person is guilty without that person allowed to submit a defence? I can't think of any other situation that would be allowed.

200 jobs :eek: do you mean 20? Nobody can be expected to apply for 200 jobs. Even 20 is a lot to miss I agree you definely should be shown these 'jobs'.
