How Many Coats Do You Have?

  • I've only got one coat...and it's not even waterproof :(
I would love to have a coat for every occasion but I find it almost impossible to find coats that fit. I'm quite petite but busty, so often if a coat fits round the chest it's too loose on the waist, and if it fits everywhere else it strains across the chest and shoulders. The coat I've got now is a slouchy thing with a belt, so I can tie the waist in to a good fit, but in general coats are not my friend.
  • I love coats have a knee length winter quilted one , rainy day mac, a duffle coat and 2 down filled jackets. One cropped light weight jacket and a trench coat, these have been put away but r handy spring jackets.i always buy in the sales and go for good quality as I like to get a good few years out of them! Would like to get a dressy black one for formal occasions but can't find anything I like! Every so often I cull my wardrobe as I'm trying to live with fewer things and declutter!this list seems long but they are all worn and loved.

I too have far too many coats. I don't know exactly how many but I would guess at about 20. The awful thing is that I only wear 2-3 of them regularly. I did get rid of a fair few recently and some obviously get worn more in the summer etc.

I used to have a problem with bags too but now feel that I have a respectable amount that isn't too excessive. I also have too many shoes and clothes, sense a theme here?!

25 - I just counted them... and a few at my parents house. I've always had a soft spot for coats and jackets. Some of them are going on eBay when I have a chance.
