You will also go bust if you don't adopt a caring attitude to your customers. I accept that a small amount of customers will try it on, but most of them I'm sure have either not received the correct change or have made a genuine mistake.

hmm well i dont know what to say to this but i have a few things
i) I wasnt ranting and raving whilst this happened
ii) They werent going to give me any money, it was just by accident and definitely not on purpose that the money came out. The shop assistants were surprised when this happened.
iii) In some supermarkets i have seen them loading up money into little containers that they send up in a chute and ive also seen till changes take place so in these supermarkets they arent scared of having lots of cash out in full view of people
iv) ive written a letter of complaint to Morrisons so will see what they say0
