I was at Birmingham High Street today - all gone in no time. I returned during my lunch break and an assistant came out with a huge cage full of boxes to put on the shelves. Women were like vultures surrounding her to see what she had in her cage. I was most amused to hear her shouting "I've only got crackers!".....(you had to be there....!)0

Gosh seems like there were so many of those large Sanctuary sets everywhere!
I love that you posted this - when I mentioned I'd taken some photos on my phone I was called 'tragic' and 'dumb' by some trolls on here!! xx

im far from a troll hun i commented on your post saying you were taking pics and a woman asked why you were taking her pic.....you called her rude???why for asking ??or for swearing??..so yes i called it tragic .....if i was shopping and someone took my pic id have went ballistic ...blog,facebook whatever ....thats not trolling thats telling you how id react...quite different to a pic of some empty shelves, was your declaration earlier of taking pics of mad shoppers fighting for soap n glory eh............................Pete Doherty and a tub of nutella nom nom0 -
I went to Bletchley Boots to see if they had any Mark Hill Va Va Va Voom Big Blow glam kit as my hair dryer blew up on me last week. Went at 1650. Picked up the last one! Was so happy0

As soon as I put it back, 2 people grabbed for it, and another woman asked what I'd done with it as she obviously saw it was gone from my hand basket. She seemed genuinely annoyed that i'd put it back and she hadn't got it.
I just don't get it!
Lol! How funny - being stalked for the Remington wand
I brought a Remington Glam goddess set with a curling wand for £9 ( there were quite a few left at my local at lunchtime) - was planning to give to my niece as a birthday pressie but after reading some of the reviews on Amazon for the wand am wondering if it will work on my long, thick hair!?
Anyone any experience with it?! - I'm rubbish with anything other than my GHDS0 -
Went to Kenilworth small store because of work, nothing no signs up nothing, asked they had nothing, so got nothing.0

Few people saying on here that it is tat in the sale. I would be more inclined to say that it is overpriced in the first place. I was happy with the few bits I got but would never pay the original price. There were some joke books on a shelf, just a small paperback book that was quite thin and the original price was £7! Maybe if the prices werent so inflated in the first place they would not have heaps of stuff left in January.0

I've got it and have long thick hair. I bought it last year to use for a wedding, but don't rate it... It's one of those things now stuck in a drawer!0 -
Really pleased with my purchases. Some stuff for me but most for a charity raffle I organise each year for Papworth hospital. They just had so much in the Exeter High street store and according to an employee there's literally loads in the stock room.
I do agree that it's all overpriced to begin with though.0 -
Got an email saying my order has been dispatched. Only one item cancelled, so receiving 6 out of 7 items ordered at 5.50am this morning! The cancelled item I actually already gave (sanctuary body butters) so I'm a very happy buyer! Hope everyone else got what they wanted xNo buying unnecessary toiletries in 2014: currently counting hoard....numbers TBA0
