Haven't had an email yet, ordered around 6.45am. I will be incredibly narked if items are cancelled as 4 out of 5 of my items were actually in the store I visited this morning but avoided buying as I ordered online earlier.

same here..... I walked past rows and rows of sanctuary sets. :(

Yeah :( wondering whether to go back after work to see if there is any left of what was on my online order but I highly doubt it by now :(
  • I've just got the same email...............

    *hyperventilates* ;) I checked out maybe 3 or 4 minutes after 5am.

I hope they don't cancel the whole order.

Same here, I shall be complaining if they cancel part of my order, given the fact I was online all night!

Most of what I bought are for birthday gifts, but some of the Royal Jelly things are to be prizes in a summer raffle for a retirement housing complex!

    The rest I am keeping!

I went to Vic Centre too and it was Hell on Earth. Mental, crazy!

I got the bits I wanted but honestly it was dangerous and sort of scary.

I've just got the same email, I'm not impressed after staying up until I placed my order at 5.10am. Also the full amount of payment is pending on my switch.

    Got the same email.

Went to lakeside with my sister this morning. Was one of the first people outside at about 8am. Everyone that came after us had trolleys so I decided that we should have one too....and had my sis stay to the side with it. It's was super crowded but everyone was really civilised. Managed to get some lovely toys for my little one including the leapad2 at about £27 from £90.

8am, you're hardcore!! :rotfl:Nice to hear that Lakeside was civilised. I went there 2 years ago and it was rammed, you could hardly move, it was very claustrophobic, and women were piling up the Ikea bags with stuff, and then guarding then. One man sweeping all the mini perfume sets into a trolly, but no one was being particularly obnoxious and there was tons of stock so I guess that's why. But I still haven't been able to face going again since. And I tend to get a bit carried away and over buy so just stick to a smaller store near me these days.
Managed to get a few nice bits for presents to put away during the year and a nice No 7 make up set for moi. :D
Seemed to be a lot of mens smellies around this year.

The online sale seems to be a bit of a dead loss these days. I checked shortly after 5am and everything I liked was already OOS, how can that be??? and now Im reading the dreaded cancellation messages. Boots really need to sort that out. But I won't be defecting to Superdrug or Lloyds as we don't have them near work. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!
  • Does anyone know whats happening online please? Ive been trying on and off all day to add something to my basket that it says is in stock but it wont add? TIA
Mad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!
Aiming to loose 56 pounds this year. Total to date 44.5 pounds 12.5 to go. Slimming World Rocks!
