Don't worry about it;). The other end of the scale is represented here too. I got 23%:rotfl:(which I think is down to having had a couple of things from skips or the equivalent). I don't drink tea anyway...so teabag re-use doesn't come into it. I did try re-using coffee grounds a couple of times as an experiment, but yuk.....weak or what...
Just gone back through the quiz - well:
- I think I've re-used leftover cereal milk?
- I will take shampoo bottles from a hotel I'm staying in (well...I've paid for it)
- have got some cheapie liquid soap in a leftover "posh" soap container
- will get every last drop from a container.0 -
I've just tried this quiz...I got 13% and a ticking off for not being thrifty!
Actually, I'm quite sensible with money but
I don't have left over cereal milk, I put the right amount on
I don't take food and drink into the cinema because I can manage without eating for a couple of hours
I don't hide my own brand value purchases in a posh box, why would I? Who am I trying to impress?
I don't take freebies I don't need, why would I want them?
I don't charge my phone at work, because I work from home!
I don't go through supermarket bins to find other peoples receipts, yuk!
And I certainly don't underpay my share of a meal out, or hide when it's my turn to buy a round, that's just bad! I'm sure those 2 questions are why no-one will be getting 100%.
Can you tell I think most of the questions are just silly? :rotfl:
Now, I'm off to put the correct amount of milk on my cereal :rotfl:

Morning, All
I fell asleep in front of the fire last night, and missed my dinner (as well as "Last tango..."), so I'm having my dinner (nibbly party bits) for brunch and will have my expected breakfast of sausage/egg bap this evening.
It's a bit strange with orange juice and a cuppa :rotfl:
I intend my chilli garland to be a working garland and hang in my kitchen, NTBT, and be used as and when..the chillis are pretty much all dried on the plants anyway. Some definitely will go in some oil to make chilli oil.
I have no doubt that Little Miss will heavily involve herself in the making of the garland...could be interesting...
I'm tired today. Feel quite wan, so it's lovely to be able to hunker down with the pusses,. and just potter...
Enjoy your day whatever you are up to! For those at work, I hope it's just the right amount of busy for the day to go quickly.

Now that's a disadvantage to being a singlie LB, no OH to wake you up at the appropriate time :rotfl:
Coldest day so far today, my blue car is now white, totally covered with thick frost. Think I'll just leave it alone, if I need to go out later I'll walk.

Well om back at work and have just had left over curry for my lunch. Kids are out this afternoon on a very expensive trip.which I wouldn't pay for ever. So glad my my god mum has taken them. I went out last night had a date. Not sure this one will contact me again. We will see. I'm fed up of being single. But not sure anyone would cope with my os ways. I'm sure the poor lad reducing joints of meat Xmas eve in the supermarket thought I was gonna mug him. I did a swipe and run with two kids in tow and came out with three joints for under a fiver. Didn't care what u got the nextday. My son said I was cackling like a witch....ONE HOUSE , DS+ DD Missymoo Living a day at a time and getting through this mess you have created. One day life will have no choice but to be nice to me :rotfl:0
-
Dizzybuff please tell us you don't do the witch cackling on your first dates, that might be what's putting them off... :rotfl:

Hiya guys, I'm feeling wan too...I looked in the mirror and think I've aged ten years,
I think it's all the wrong foods! No popping in to sort pets out until NYE, so still in pj's.
Hard frost this morning, looks like snow. My poor fig tree has been damaged as a result.
I think the Mse quiz was a bit silly, I don't take sweets to the cinema because I don't go the cinema, and I like strong tea but usually buy cheap t bags so one won't do more than one large mug full...:D0 -
i'm still in my pjs too...but I did go to sort the chooks first thing - simply put my wellies and long coat over the top..I did that yesterday, too, and realised when I got to the garden centre that I was still in my PJs but with a sweatshirt over the top and my coat and boots on top :rotfl:
Not sure I should have confessed that ...
But PJs are so comfy, and no one seemed to notice, honest.. :rotfl:
So, my chilli thingy (I really can't call it a garland, it's far too amateurish) is finished and hanging up in the kitchen. And I have sore lips and nose, so any solutions to that?? I've scrubbed my hands many times . did start out wearing gloves, but couldn't manouvre the thread/needle with them on. And now I'm suffering the consequences.
The pusses were a great help, especially young-boy-cat. He loved it and commented all the way through...I think he thinks he could do better....and he'd be right! :rotfl:
Snowball now...and then off to the chooks for a romp around the lottie before bedtime. Where does the day go when you are on holiday? Honestly, it would be only 10 past 10 if I was at work
Been starting to think of goals/aims for 2015. Also been thinking of what I achieved in 2014 - lots good, some not so good. Need to put more thought in over the next few days, methinks.
