Is that the same Jake the Peg with an "extra leg"? I'm flattered...
LOL, I found it funny but I have a... "unique" sense of humor, actually the more offensive the better LOL
Hope you have a great day but I can't guarantee keeping away from the 21 year old... She's just too pretty... But very 21... Mid life crisis already? Moi?
17:07 Edit: Well GP has signed me off for another 6 weeks (sort of expected this after my convo with Occ Health) and I've made a complaint re. my MRI scan and asked about seeing an Orthopedic specialist (at the suggestion of the Occ Health lady) and am feeling pretty blueI got home at just before 11:00 and have basically slept until about an hour ago - Dullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll but at least work can see I'm cooperating with their own Occ Health people and they have offered to look into setting up a home office (pending results of my face to face assessment and them giving the ok for me to work) so feel a little less like a skivver which is good

Saturday 3rd of May 2014:
What a gorgeous day! I nipped out early to grab a few bits and bobs to avoid having to fight my way through the tourists but really wish I could get out and about a bit more and enjoy the sun while it lastsstill, plenty of time for that once I get fixed
I'm feeling pretty positive today, the sun helps, so I think I'm going to see if I can manage to do something in the yard like a bit of light weeding to break up my day a bit as I realised today that I'm looking a bit grey LOL... I need more vitamin E (or whatever it is you get from sunshine) LOL!!!
Have a fab day all :j

Vitamin d.....Hope you got some today mb, I think the sun is good for the mind as well as the body. Plus the added advantage of drying the washing!!
Hope you have a lovely bank holiday weekend.

Hope you haven't overdone it today in the yard & that you managed to grab a big dose of natural vitamin d. Sounds like you have a very supportive employer. It's an early one for me tonight. Got a migraine starting & in work at 6am tomorrow
