It isn't a fake - I just received the email from Sky sent to my sky email address which I don't use for comping, and the email is legit: it addresses me by my first name so therefore not one sent as bulk mail. The site/comp entry address is: http://www.sky-competitions.com/skydifference/
It did take a while to load up but other than that all seems fine.
(edit - the main Sky site is also running very slowly, so must be a site wide issue)

I also had the same email earlier today so I'd say it was genuine.0 -
So, is this definitely definite as real? There's just something about it that doesn't sit right with me...0

It's entirely up to you - if you don't feel comfortable entering then don't, but I personally I am 100% confident it is genuine
Are you a Sky customer? Then you should receive one of these emails too, and then you can decide for yourself=^._.^= You will always be lucky if you know how to make friends with strange cats =^._.^=0 -
I'm a Sky customer and have received no such email (yet)
I find it surprising (to say the least) that Sky would ask a small company with pretty crap assets/liabilities http://companycheck.co.uk/company/06720641/WXXT-LIMITED/company-summary to run a competition for them.
I fear this is only going to lead to phone calls with some company asking you to take out insurance on your Sky equipmentUEFA: Corrupting Football Since 1954 #CTID0
