Well im happy to pay it, but can i ask, my court claim is t from parking eye, its a private hospital ground, so do i just tailor it slightly or is it not suitable for me? Thanks

The RK is gonna go ape..oh gawd :(

It's entirely suitable, just tailor to your circumstances.

Same rules apply whether it is a hospital or privately owned car park.

  • Thanks both of you, I shall get it now.
  • Having ignored all Parking Eye threats I have now received a letter from the Court in Northampton.
    What do I do???
I am useless with letters and understanding these kind of things. I really need someone to actually tell me what to do??
Thank you from a very thick woman :(

The first thing you need to do is start your own new thread for your own case, not highjack another thread which is on a different subject.

Also if you download and read the Parking Prankster guide (the e-book which this thread is all about) all the information you need is in there.

Not sure how you're going to get on if you have trouble reading letters though; letters are what this is all about.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Hello and welcome to mse, Cb - you must start your own Thread first, guided by the advice repeated often throughout this site[do not include personal/time/location/date/car. reg. details and read well the NEWBIES STICKY THREADS, into which all the experts here have put hundreds of hours of work.

'I really need someone to actually tell me what to do'
[I think you are really asking someone to write your letter for you. That won't happen:we understand, but all the tools are here, for you to make use of.]

You now know NOT TO IGNORE any notice issued since Oct 2012, but nothing is lost if you follow all the advice. Don't rush at it. You'll be helped, but you must help yourself too, with some thorough reading first.

That will take you to this point:
    SMALL CLAIMS COURT?

(VERY RARE EXCEPT WITH PARKINGEYE - A GOOD REASON NOT TO IGNORE THESE FAKE PCNS!) ALL SENTENCES IN BLUE BELOW ARE CLICKY LINKS!

  • Sorry if 'hijacked' another thread I am new to this forum
Nope not wanting anyone to do the work for me but to just point me in the right direction, as it is a minefield and I havnt a clue where to start

I ignored because original posts on this site said to ignore. Having just received this Court Claim I came back onto this site to find 'Do Not Ignore'

So - do what has been advised twice now.

    1. Start your own Thread

    2. Read/action post 56

    3. Read/action post 57

Come back to us after that.

I charge a nominal sum to fund things like court transcripts (£50-£200), travel expenses to help myself and others get to court cases, witness fees and such like. I don't make a profit from this; it all goes back into the pot.

Up to now all these expenses are being covered by just a few regular posters. This helps spread it out amongst the people who are actually benefitting from the advice.
Ive managed to download the free version off Smashwords, but how do I buy the Kindle version if I don't own a Kindle?? Sorry - I really don't do technology..... struggling enough with these forum thingys :-)
NEWBIES: visit the newbie sticky thread first, then create your own thread if your scenario isn't covered.

Household and travel > Motoring > Parking tickets, fines and parking > click on 'new thread' AFTER reading the newbie sticky - IT REALLY IS EXTREMELY USEFUL :wall:

You can download software for a pc that can read kindle books, the same for apple devices and android. You don't have to own a kindle
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
