Or the new "Enforcement Team" which they seem to want to call it (as per "spying vacancy" thread!
It will be interesting to see how they try and argue these points out in court.....
BTW KIFL - I have downloaded the other court guide - still ploughing my way through - you are right it is a good read and well worth a latte (or two):)
Parking Prankster has now sold enough copies to buy a court transcript which will shortly be available for view on his website.

Well I will be buying a copy even though pp has already given me a copy of the free doc one out of respect and two my court date has just landed on the door mat.0

It's great as it is financing some transcripts of court cases where defendants have won on no GPEOL or contract issues or whatever. All VERY useful for others to cite in their own defences, always better to have the transcripts to show your judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Maybe update Newbie thread 'Personal Cost Notification' section to include the cost of this e-book...If people really are complaining about the cost.
Another option is to read every one of PP's blogs and both e-books. Then divide the cost by the number of minutes you spent reading?
I'm sure PP wouldn't appreciate the above as this is all done feeding into the pot for court travel/transcripts/etc. I was just being crude...So in all seriousness, It's clear and concise and worth all 360 pennies.0 -
I would like to withdraw all my previous comments, and I unreservedly apologise if anyone was put out by what I said. I was unaware as to the full scope of PP's excellent work and at first it was not clear to me that the minimal cost of this guide goes further into destroying these parasites.
So a personal apology to Parking-Prankster and to Stroma. Whilst not in need of the guide myself, I will be purchasing to assist in funding more transcripts. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Well im happy to pay it, but can i ask, my court claim is t from parking eye, its a private hospital ground, so do i just tailor it slightly or is it not suitable for me? Thanks
